ORM Systems ("ORM Systems, Inc."), referred to as "the company," is solely a reseller and distributor. Products sold by the company are not manufactured by ORM Systems.

Products may be covered by the manufacturer's warranty, service, and support policy (if applicable). ORM Systems assigns and transfers to the customer any manufacturer's warranty, and the customer acknowledges that their recourse is solely under such warranties as provided by the manufacturer of the products.

The company makes no representation or express warranty with respect to the product except those stated in this document. ORM Systems disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Any implied warranty arising from statute, trade usage, course of dealing, or course of performance is similarly disclaimed.

You expressly understand and agree that ORM Systems does not guarantee that the products or services will meet your requirements and are not necessarily uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. ORM Systems is not liable for the accuracy of data processed or your satisfaction with the products. No corrections to errors in the software are guaranteed.

You acknowledge that any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of ORM Systems services is done at your own discretion and risk. ORM Systems is not responsible for any damage to your computer system, data loss, or any other damages resulting from such activities. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from ORM Systems will create any warranty not expressly stated in the Terms and Conditions of Use (TCUS).

Under no circumstances shall ORM Systems be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use, sale, or operation of the products, whether for breach of warranty, contract, strict liability, negligence, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

ORM Systems expressly disclaims any legal liability for personal injury or property damage resulting from the use of the products, including, but not limited to, use in military, medical treatment, traffic control, and disaster prevention scenarios.

Lifetime Warranty:

The lifetime warranty is defined as the duration the product is available on the market. Products that are discontinued or use outdated technology are not covered under the lifetime warranty.

Overall Return Guidelines

These are ORM Systems' Overall Return Guidelines applicable only to products purchased directly from the ORM Systems website. Compliance with these guidelines is necessary for the respective return policy to apply.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, obtainable by contacting ORM Systems Customer Service via our Contact Us page.

Refunds and Restocking Fees

Returns may be subject to a restocking fee. Details about refunds, partial refunds, and restocking fees can be found here.

Eligibility for Return

Products in new condition with unopened retail packaging can be returned within 30 days, regardless of the individual return policy.

Non-Eligible Returns

Products are not eligible for return if they:

  • Were not purchased from ORM Systems.

  • Do not match the reason described for the return (e.g., a return claimed for a DOA product found to be functional upon inspection).

  • Have missing, damaged, or unreadable serial number, manufacturer model, part number, or warranty labels.

  • Are returned without all original packaging and accessories.

  • Have removed UPC codes from their packaging.

  • Show physical damage or are found to have been tampered with or altered.

  • Include non-returnable items such as software, custom labels, and opened supplies (including without limitation labels, ribbons, receipt paper, receipt ribbons, print heads, card stock, RFID tags).

  • • If the manufacturer cancels software/license, we will not process returns or refunds for these items.

ORM Systems: Return Policy

ORM Systems is dedicated to supplying high-quality IT equipment. If a product is defective, incompatible, or not as expected, we offer a 30-day replacement warranty unless otherwise specified.

Faulty Products

Contact us immediately if a product is faulty within the warranty period. We may repair or replace the item, and replacement parts may differ in model or part numbers.

Change / Cancellation

Orders can be canceled or altered within 14 days of receiving the product. Changes to the order details such as the delivery address or quantity must be reported promptly.

Change of Mind / Non-Faulty Returns

Non-faulty items can be returned within 14 days if they are in their original condition, unopened, and with seals intact. A restocking fee of 25-50% applies if there is no fault on our part.

Pricing, Description, and Inventory Errors

In case of errors in product descriptions, stock status, or pricing, ORM Systems reserves the right to cancel orders. If the correct price is higher, we may contact you for instructions or cancel the order and notify you.

Wrong / Incomplete Product

Issues with incorrect or incomplete products are resolved promptly by supplying the correct item.

RMA Procedure

To return an item, raise an RMA request agreeing to the terms below. Items should be returned in their original condition with all components included. Return goods with the RMA number visible on the outer packaging.

Goods Damaged in Transit

Report goods damaged upon receipt within two working days. Sign for the goods as 'damaged upon arrival' with the courier.

Invalid Replacement Reasons

Replacements may be invalidated if:

  • The item is not faulty as described.

  • The item has been tampered with or physically damaged.

  • Incorrect software is being used.

Restocking Fees

A 25% restocking fee may be charged if:

  • Original packaging is damaged.

  • Components or accessories are missing.

Services and Extended Warranties Return Policy

  • Return for refund within: First 30 days

  • Return for partial refund past 30 days: Prorated refund given by Warranty Provider

  • Return for replacement: non-replaceable

International Return Policy

  • Return for refund within: 15 days

  • Return for replacement within: 15 days

Additional Return Information

Configurator Bundles

Items from a Configurator Bundle may be returned individually within the policy period for that item but cannot be returned for a refund.

Combo and Kit Specials

Items from a Combo or Kit may be returned individually but subject to the discount being voided.

Out-of-Stock (Back-Order) Items

Refunds are issued if ORM Systems no longer carries or stocks an item. A store credit may be given if the current market value does not exceed the original price.

Quantity Purchases

Orders of ten or more items are non-refundable once completed. All conditions related to replacement policies still apply.
