The CE12816-DC Assembly Chassis is a rugged 2U DC-powered enclosure that integrates Central Management Units (CMUs) and high-performance cooling fans, ideal for edge and telco deployments.
The CE12816-DC features a 2U form factor, 16 front-loading drive bays, dual hot-swappable CMUs, six 40 mm DC fans, and accepts –48 V to –60 V DC input.
It requires a nominal –48 V DC power supply, tolerates –40 V to –72 V DC, and supports redundant feed paths for zero-downtime operation.
Six hot-swappable 40 mm DC fans are installed, each delivering up to 18 CFM airflow for efficient thermal management under full load.
Two hot-swappable CMUs (model CMU-X2) provide real-time monitoring, IPMI 2.0 compatibility, and remote firmware updates via web and CLI interfaces.
