The LPUF-480 is a high-throughput Flexible Card Line Processing Unit designed for continuous smart-card manufacturing and personalization. It integrates card feeding, encoding, printing and inspection into a single modular system.
The LPUF-480 supports ISO/IEC 7810 ID-1 format cards, including PVC, PET, composite and smart-card modules (contact, contactless and dual-interface).
The LPUF-480 processes up to 6,000 cards per hour in standard configuration and can scale to 10,000 cards per hour with optional high-speed modules.
The LPUF-480 features four integrated stations—card loading, encoding, printing and quality inspection—with optional expansion up to eight processing modules.
