The FLSASR900-1OC3= license is compatible with all Cisco ASR 903 and ASR 907 platforms running IOS XE 16.9.1 or later.
Install the license by uploading the .lic file to the router via USB or TFTP, then execute "license install flash:FLASR900-1OC3=.lic" and reload to activate.
