The Inspur NF5280M5-8 features dual Intel Xeon Silver 5218 CPUs, 32 GB DDR4 memory, eight 2.5″ drive bays, a 600 GB SAS HDD, hardware RAID, two 10 GbE plus two 1 GbE ports, and a 550 W redundant power supply.
The server supports eight 2.5″ drive bays, allowing up to 8 × 4 TB (32 TB) in 2.5″ HDD or SSD and optional NVMe expansions for higher throughput.
The onboard LSI/Avago 2 Gb RAID controller supports RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50, 60, with online capacity expansion and RAID level migration.
It includes two 10 GbE SFP+ and two 1 GbE RJ-45 ports onboard, with additional PCIe slots for up to four extra NICs or HBAs.
