The MIC6-100G-CXP is a Modular Interface Card (MPC6 MIC) featuring four 100 GbE CXP ports designed for high-density, low-latency packet forwarding in carrier-grade routers.
The MPC6 MIC includes four independent 100 GbE ports, each leveraging a CXP connector for direct-attach or active optical module connectivity.
The MIC6-100G-CXP is compatible with Juniper MX Series universal routing platforms that accept MPC6 linecards, including MX960, MX480, MX240 and MX2000 chassis.
With four 100 GbE ports, the MIC6-100G-CXP delivers up to 400 Gbps of physical bandwidth and scales to multi-Terabit rates when combined with Juniper’s ASIC-based fabric.
