The NEDD0AVD8B00 is an 8-channel VDSL2 interface board with bonding functionality operating in Annex B mode, designed to aggregate multiple copper pairs for high-speed broadband delivery.
VDSL2 bonding combines two or more copper pairs to double aggregated bandwidth, enhance line resilience and extend service reach over existing infrastructure.
Annex B mode enables VDSL2 operation over ISDN-compatible networks by allocating spectrum for POTS and ISDN, ensuring deployment in regions with legacy telephony.
Depending on line quality and distance, the board supports up to 100 Mbps downstream and 50 Mbps upstream per bonded group of two pairs.
