The HP 1/8 G2 LTO-5 3000 FC Autoloader (BL541B) is a tape backup system that holds up to eight LTO-5 cartridges and delivers up to 3000 GB native capacity over a Fibre Channel interface.
Key features include eight cartridge slots, 300 MB/s native throughput, LTO-5 media compatibility, Fibre Channel connectivity, robotic tape handling, and remote management via web interface.
Each LTO-5 cartridge holds 1.5 TB native (3.0 TB compressed), so with eight slots the autoloader can store up to 12 TB native (24 TB compressed).
The autoloader uses a 4 Gbps Fibre Channel (FC-AL) interface for high-speed, reliable data transfers to and from your backup server.
