The J4858C-C module is fully compatible with HP X121 series switches and any HP switch or router supporting SX SFP ports under the HP MSA firmware profile.
This module supports a data rate of up to 1.25 Gbps, meeting IEEE 802.3z Gigabit Ethernet specifications for high-speed network links.
The transceiver uses 50/125 µm or 62.5/125 µm multi-mode fiber (MMF) to achieve optimal performance at distances up to 550 meters.
