It supports 20×100G QSFP28, 20×40G QSFP+ and 80×10G SFP+ ports, providing non-blocking line-rate forwarding across all interfaces for aggregate throughput up to 40 Tbps.
The system ships with dual, hot-swappable AC power supply modules supporting 100–240 VAC input, ensuring redundant power and continuous operation in carrier environments.
It employs front-to-back airflow with six hot-swappable fan trays, delivering efficient thermal management and minimizing service disruption during maintenance.
The chassis runs Juniper’s JUNOS® operating system, offering carrier-grade routing, MPLS, EVPN, segment routing and advanced automation features.
