The Q2R36A enclosure supports up to 24 hot-swappable 2.5" small-form-factor drives, enabling flexible capacity scaling.
The enclosure is compatible with 2.5" SAS SSDs, SAS NL-SAS HDDs, and self-encrypting drives certified by HPE for 3PAR 9000 arrays.
The Q2R36A enclosure is fully compatible with HPE 3PAR 9000-series controllers (9000, 9200, 9450, 9800) when connected via the system’s drive expansion ports.
