The Huawei OceanStor S2600T-2C8G-4K8G-SAN is an entry-level SAN storage array featuring dual active-active controllers with 8 GB cache each, eight 600 GB SAS 3.5″ disks, built-in storage system software (SPE32C0212), snapshot and thin-provisioning capabilities.
The base S2600T-2C8G-4K8G-SAN includes eight 600 GB SAS drives for a raw capacity of 4.8 TB. You can scale up to 240 drives for up to 1.92 PB raw capacity using expansion shelves.
The S2600T features dual active-active AC controllers, each with 8 GB of cache, providing automatic failover, load balancing, and non-disruptive controller maintenance.
Out of the box, the array uses eight 600 GB 12 Gb/s SAS 3.5″ drives. It also supports SAS HDDs and SSDs, enabling mixed-drive configurations for performance or capacity optimization.
