SG112-24-NA is a fanless, unmanaged Layer 2 Gigabit desktop switch with 22 dedicated copper access ports and two shared copper/SFP Gigabit interfaces. Part of the Cisco 110 Series Unmanaged Switches family, this non-PoE model connects independently powered office equipment. The discontinued SG110-24HP-NA differs by supplying PoE on 12 ports.

48 Gbps switching capacity supports wire-speed connectivity, while 35.7 Mpps forwarding handles 64-byte packets. An 8000-entry MAC table supports address learning, and 9216-byte jumbo frames accommodate larger Ethernet frames. Four hardware queues use 802.1p priority and Weighted Round-Robin for automatic traffic handling. SG112-24-NA also performs cable diagnostics and loop detection automatically. The Cisco Small Business switch uses an internal AC supply rather than an external adapter.
ORM offers SG112-24-NA new sealed or certified refurbished; refurbished units are inspected and bench-tested for power-on and POST, every port linking at rated speed, clean boot, and optics bay recognition. Specify condition and quantity on the purchase order. New units carry up to a 3-year extended ORM warranty, certified refurbished units carry up to 1 year, and every condition has 30-day returns, terms apply; Cisco's limited lifetime hardware warranty is subject to eligibility and Cisco service ends October 31, 2026. For enterprise and volume orders, POs are accepted, government buyers can use Net-30, and RMA with advance replacement is available.

When purchasing like-for-like spares for several locations, SG112-24-NA keeps the replacement line item tied to the installed unit. ORM supports regional stock and RMA handling in the UK, EU, US, and MEA; record the destination, required quantity, and installed part number before issuing the PO.
For a lab bench connecting computers, printers, and other independently powered equipment, Category 5e or better cabling is the starting requirement. Build the staging order around the required connections, then confirm cable types, any fiber connection, and endpoint power arrangements before issuing the PO.
PoE-powered phones and access points
SG112-24-NA supplies no endpoint power. CBS110-24PP-NA provides 12 PoE ports with a shared 100W budget, but uses a larger chassis; size endpoint demand separately.
Uplinks faster than 1G
SG112-24-NA has fixed Gigabit combo interfaces, not 10G uplinks. A requirement for faster upstream connectivity exceeds the available interface speed.

SG112-24-NA identifies the SG112 compact Gigabit model, 24 total switch interfaces, and the -NA regional version for the USA, Canada, Mexico, Colombia, Chile, and the rest of Latin America. Match the complete regional part number when ordering a replacement for an existing unit.
Cisco 110 Series Unmanaged Switches operate without configuration: connect power and network cables to begin switching. Automatic operation is the intended deployment method. Before ordering, confirm that the installation calls for an unmanaged switch rather than equipment requiring administrator-defined switch settings.
SG112-24-NA is discontinued: Cisco sales ended October 30, 2021, and the last date of support is October 31, 2026. CBS110-24T-NA is the current replacement. Distinguish an installed-base spare requirement from a new deployment requiring a longer remaining Cisco support period.
SG112-24-NA is offered new sealed or certified refurbished. ORM provides up to a 3-year extended warranty on new units, up to 1 year on refurbished units, and 30-day returns on every condition; terms apply. Cisco's limited lifetime hardware warranty is subject to eligibility, with Cisco service ending October 31, 2026.
SG112-24-NA has 24 independent interfaces: 22 dedicated copper ports and two copper/SFP combo pairs. Each combo pair represents one connection, not two. When preparing the connection schedule, allocate either copper or fiber to each shared pair rather than counting both connectors as separate links.
SG112-24-NA uses an internal universal AC supply accepting 110-240V AC at 50-60 Hz, so an external power adapter is unnecessary. Specify the regional unit and confirm the installation's AC connection before ordering; connected equipment must have its own power arrangement.
Cisco SG112-24 is a compact desktop switch, measuring 279.4 mm wide, 170 mm deep, and 44 mm high. Mounting hardware is included. Confirm the intended mounting position and cable access before ordering rather than assuming the enclosure occupies a full-width rack position.
SG110-24HP-NA supplies PoE on 12 ports from a shared 100W budget, whereas SG112-24-NA supplies no endpoint power. Both models are discontinued. For installed-base sparing, the PoE unit serves powered endpoints; the compact non-PoE unit serves equipment with separate power connections.
SG110-16-NA has 16 Gigabit interfaces, whereas SG112-24-NA has 24 total interfaces. Both models are discontinued. For like-for-like replacement orders, the smaller unit matches a lower connection count, while the larger unit matches an existing higher-density installation; confirm the required active connections before selecting either.
CBS110-24T-NA is the current replacement for discontinued SG112-24-NA. The replacement remains unmanaged and provides Gigabit copper connectivity with shared SFP interfaces. Specify the successor for a current-product purchase, while retaining the older part number when an installed-base requirement specifically calls for that unit.
