SG350X-24P identifies a 350X-family Gigabit stackable managed switch; 24 denotes the twenty-four access ports and P identifies the PoE+ configuration. The model has fixed 10G uplinks rather than an uplink-card suffix. SG350X-24P-K9-NA is the regional ordering form covering the United States.
SG350X-24P is managed through its HTTP/HTTPS web interface, full or menu CLI through SSH or the RJ-45 console, and SNMP versions 1, 2c and 3. Network-level options include Smart Network Application, FindIT Network Manager with the embedded FindIT Network Probe, FindIT Network Discovery Utility and Active Advisor.
SG350X-24P reached end of sale on October 30, 2021, and Cisco support ends October 31, 2026. Software maintenance ended October 30, 2022. A remaining-stock or refurbished order does not restart those milestones, so support-horizon requirements must be checked separately from the purchase condition.

SG350X-24P replaces the discontinued SF550X-24P in several regional ordering variants, including North America and the UK. SF550X-24P reached end of sale on June 18, 2020. That older model uses 10/100 access ports, while the replacement has Gigabit access, so the migration changes endpoint link speed rather than just the ordering name.
SG350X-24P supplies a shared 195W PoE budget across 24 powered access ports. Four ports support 60W PoE, while the other twenty support 30W PoE+. These are individual port limits, not simultaneous allocations across every port; add the intended endpoint loads before deciding whether the total budget is sufficient.
SG350X-24P has four logical 10G uplinks: two dedicated SFP+ interfaces and two 10GBASE-T/SFP+ combo interfaces. Each combo activates either the copper or fiber side, not both. All four support 1G and 10G operation; select the interface medium and required optical reach before ordering connectivity accessories.
The 350X Series supports four members in a hardware stack, using 10G fiber or copper uplinks as interconnects. Ring and chain topologies are supported, and SG350X, SG350XG and SX350X models can mix in a hybrid stack. Reserve uplink interfaces for those interconnects before finalizing external connection counts.
SG350X-24P supports static IPv4 and IPv6 routing, with 990 IPv4 static routes and 245 IPv6 static routes. Interfaces can be configured on physical ports, link aggregation groups, VLAN interfaces or loopbacks. The IPv4 interface limit is 128, so route and interface requirements should be checked independently when preparing the configuration.
Cisco SG350X-24P uses an internal universal AC power supply accepting 100-240V at 47-63Hz. Worst-case consumption reaches 268.3W at 110V with PoE, compared with 48.8W of system consumption without the endpoint power contribution. Match the regional power cord and facility power allocation to the complete order.
SG350X-24MP provides a 382W PoE budget, while SG350X-24P provides 195W; both retain twenty-four Gigabit PoE+ access ports. Both models are discontinued. For legacy replacements, the MP model matches installations requiring a larger endpoint-power allocation, while the P model matches existing installations whose combined endpoint demand fits the smaller budget.
SG350X-48P has forty-eight Gigabit PoE+ access ports, compared with twenty-four on SG350X-24P. Both models are discontinued, and both use the same fixed 10G uplink arrangement. For existing installations, the larger model matches higher endpoint counts; the smaller model matches a twenty-four-port replacement requirement.
C1300-24P-4X provides four 10G SFP+ uplinks, while SG350X-24P includes two copper-capable combo uplinks among its four 10G connections. C1300-24P-4X is the current migration endpoint after the discontinued CBS350-24P-4X-NA. Legacy copper-uplink replacements and current fiber-uplink purchases therefore have different interface requirements.
