The 4OC3X/ATM-IR-SC is a high-performance network interface card featuring four OC3/STM1 ports, an ATM Engine Level 3, and 512 MB of onboard memory for scalable bandwidth and low-latency cell processing.
Key features include quad OC3/STM1 fiber ports, ATM Engine 3 for hardware-accelerated cell switching, 512 MB default buffer memory, SC connectors, up to 155 Mbps per port, QoS and traffic-shaping support.
Power down the chassis, insert the 4OC3X/ATM-IR-SC into a compatible PCI slot, secure the bracket, connect SC‐terminated fiber cables, then power up and verify detection in the network OS.
Each OC3/STM1 interface delivers up to 155.52 Mbps of full-duplex throughput, providing an aggregate bandwidth of 622.08 Mbps across all four ports.
