The HPE StoreOnce 10GbE Network Expansion License (BB949A) is a software key that activates a 10GbE network port on compatible HPE StoreOnce appliances to accelerate backup and restore tasks.
The BB949A license is supported on HPE StoreOnce 3620, 3640, 5200, 5500, 5600, 6500 and Catalyst StoreOnce models running the latest StoreOnce OS.
Log in to the StoreOnce web management interface, navigate to Licensing > Add License, upload the BB949A license file, and follow the on-screen prompts to activate the 10GbE port.
Ensure your network switch and cabling support 10GbE (SFP+ or RJ45), and configure matching MTU, flow control and VLAN settings for optimal performance.
