The chassis uses one fan. CBS220-24T-4G is fanless but changes the uplinks to four 1G SFP ports instead of four 10G SFP+ ports.
Routing between local VLANs
Layer 2 switching does not provide inter-VLAN routing. A separate routing device must forward traffic between VLANs; the switch cannot perform that routing function.
