N3K-C3132C-Z carries 16 GB of DRAM for control-plane operation and 128 GB of boot flash for local software storage. MAC capacity reaches 288000 entries, with supported software scale requiring attention when selecting the operating configuration. A 32 MB packet buffer accommodates queued traffic, and 4096 VLANs provide segmentation capacity. LACP, RSTP and MSTP are available within the system-default switching feature set.
