N5K-C5696Q provides console and dedicated management connections. Six installed power supplies operate with N+N redundancy; operation with only three supplies provides no redundancy. The Cisco Nexus 5696Q therefore requires configuration-specific power planning rather than treating an individual supply rating as chassis consumption.
