The HPE NS CS3000 Spare Controller (SKU: Q8F66A) is a hot-swappable replacement module designed to restore redundancy and maintain high availability in NetServer CS3000 storage arrays.
The Q8F66A controller is fully compatible with HPE NetServer CS3000 series chassis and integrates seamlessly with existing HPE ProLiant servers running SAN or DAS configurations.
Power down the affected CS3000 array, slide out the defective controller, insert the Q8F66A module into the same bay, and follow the front-panel prompts to initialize and synchronize firmware.
The Q8F66A features dual-port SAS connectivity, advanced error correction, onboard cache memory, and integrated health monitoring to optimize data throughput and resilience.
