WS-C3750X is the family prefix, 24 identifies the access-port count, the first S identifies SFP interfaces, and the final S identifies IP Base. The part number contains no separate uplink code.
WS-C3750X-24S-S is managed through the console CLI, SSH or Telnet, a PC-based configuration tool, CiscoWorks LMS and SNMP. SSH and cryptographic SNMPv3 require a cryptographic software image.
