N3K-C3264C-E is managed through the NX-OS CLI over SSHv2 or the serial console, plus NX-API, XML/JSON APIs, SNMP and Cisco Data Center Network Manager support. Specify the administrative access method and automation interfaces during the order review.

N3K-C3264C-E accepts QSFP-100G-SR4-S for multimode fiber to 100 m and QSFP-100G-LR4-S for single-mode fiber to 10 km. The former uses MPO-12; the latter uses LC. Match the transceiver PID, fiber type, connector and each link's required reach on the PO.
