CBS350-24XTS-EU combines twelve 10G copper connections with twelve dedicated 10G SFP+ interfaces in a managed, Layer 2+ switch for small-business networks. Its fixed uplink architecture requires no removable network card, while the copper side connects separately powered equipment rather than supplying PoE. The 1U chassis belongs to the Cisco Business 350 series and accommodates both connection types without shared combo ports. Unlike the discontinued CBS350-24XT-EU, whose four SFP+ connections share copper ports, this model keeps its copper and SFP+ connections independent. A separate Gigabit out-of-band management interface leaves the network-facing connections available for traffic. Hardware stacking lets the Cisco Business 350-24XTS Managed Switch join a four-member system with active and standby control.

480 Gbps switching capacity connects the copper and SFP+ interfaces through the switching fabric. 240 Mpps forwarding is the packet-processing limit for 64-byte traffic. Static routing, RIP v2 and PBR support inter-VLAN forwarding and next-hop policies, with a limit of 990 static routes. CBS350-24XTS-EU carries 512 MB of DRAM and 256 MB of flash for operating software and configuration storage. A 3 MB packet buffer is shared dynamically across ports, while the MAC table accommodates 16000 entries. STP, RSTP and MSTP control Layer 2 paths, and LACP combines multiple links into aggregated connections. Eight hardware queues support strict-priority or weighted round-robin scheduling, allowing traffic classes to receive different queue treatment. Private VLANs isolate connected devices, while access-control rules restrict permitted traffic. Three fans make cooling active rather than fanless, so the installation must accommodate fan noise and maintain clear airflow.
ORM Systems supplies CBS350-24XTS-EU new sealed or certified refurbished; refurbished managed units are inspected and bench-tested, with every port linked at rated speed, optics bay recognition checked, firmware verified and configuration wiped to factory default. Specify condition, quantity and connection accessories on the purchase order. New units carry up to a 3-year extended ORM warranty and certified refurbished units up to 1 year, with 30-day returns on every condition, terms apply; Cisco's separate limited lifetime hardware warranty and service end May 31, 2029. For enterprise and volume orders, POs are accepted, government buyers can use Net-30, and RMA with advance replacement is available across UK, EU, US and MEA regions.

When an existing SX550X-24FT-K9-EU estate needs a replacement or matching spare, CBS350-24XTS-EU is its named migration model. The older switch ended sale on July 30, 2022. Review the replacement unit's lifecycle and required interfaces, then specify condition and compatible connections before issuing the purchase order.
When several small-business sites need the same configuration process, the embedded Cisco Business Dashboard probe on CBS350-24XTS-EU avoids a separate on-site probe appliance or virtual machine. Text-editable configuration files support repeatable provisioning. Confirm dashboard reachability, administrator access and each site's configuration file before specifying units on the purchase order.
When a lab needs traffic capture before production cutover, CBS350-24XTS-EU can mirror eight source ports to one destination port. VLAN mirroring offers a separate way to inspect segmented traffic. Reserve the analyzer connection, define the capture sources and confirm the required port assignments before ordering.
Switch-powered phones, cameras or access points
CBS350-24XTS-EU has no PoE output on its copper ports, so phones, cameras and access points cannot receive operating power from this switch.
Continuing software and security fixes
CBS350-24XTS-EU reached the end of software maintenance and vulnerability/security support on May 30, 2025. C1300-24XTS is the current migration model.
Uplinks operating faster than 10G
CBS350-24XTS-EU limits its SFP+ interfaces to 10G and provides no removable uplink card bay. Faster upstream connections require different switching hardware.

CBS350-24XTS-EU identifies a Cisco Business 350 managed switch: CBS350 is the series, 24 is the network-port total, and XTS identifies the twelve-copper/twelve-dedicated-SFP+ 10G configuration. EU is the regional suffix for the European Economic Area and additional markets, not a software license tier. A separate Gigabit interface handles out-of-band management.
CBS350-24XTS-EU supports an HTTP/HTTPS web interface, CLI through SSH or Telnet and the RJ-45 console, SNMP, Cisco Business Dashboard and the Cisco Business mobile app. The dashboard probe runs on the switch. Full and menu-based CLI modes support local administration, while Cisco Network Plug and Play supports provisioning.
No, the Cisco Business 350-24XTS Managed Switch does not supply PoE or PoE+ through its copper ports. Connected phones, cameras or wireless access points require an independent power source. Buyers must distinguish this data-only model from powered-port members of the Business 350 series.
CBS350-24XTS-EU supports SFP-10G-SR for multimode fiber and SFP-10G-LR for single-mode fiber, plus SFP-H10GB-CU1M for a 1 m direct-attach copper connection. Match the selected optic to the fiber type and link distance. The SFP+ interfaces are fixed; inserting a transceiver does not add a removable uplink module.
CBS350-24XTS-EU supports four-member hardware stacking within the Cisco Business 350 series. Ring and chain connections, active/standby control and cross-stack link aggregation are supported. Stack interconnects use 10G fiber interfaces, so reserve the required connection ports and check stack-partner compatibility before sizing the installation.
Yes, Business 350 series switches support inter-VLAN routing through static IPv4 routes, RIP v2 and PBR, including CBS350-24XTS-EU. IPv4 routing supports 990 static routes and 128 IP interfaces. Routed interfaces can use physical ports, link aggregation groups, VLAN interfaces or loopbacks; size the routed design against those limits.
80.2W at 220V AC is the Cisco Business 350-24XTS Managed Switch's worst-case draw, compared with 78.4W at 110V AC. The internal universal supply accepts 100-240V AC at 50-60 Hz. Size rack power and cooling from the applicable input-voltage figure rather than a PoE budget.
CBS350-24XTS-EU is discontinued: end of sale was May 30, 2024, and the last date of support is May 31, 2029. Software maintenance and vulnerability/security support ended May 30, 2025. C1300-24XTS is the current migration model; remaining hardware support does not extend the ended software-maintenance period.
CBS350-24XTS-EU replaced SX550X-24FT-K9-EU, a 24-port 10G stackable managed switch whose end-of-sale date was July 30, 2022. CBS350-24XTS-EU is also discontinued, so the forward migration chain continues to C1300-24XTS. Check the required media split and support horizon before replacing an older installed unit.
ORM Systems offers CBS350-24XTS-EU new sealed with up to a 3-year extended warranty or certified refurbished with up to 1 year; both conditions include 30-day returns, terms apply. Cisco's separate limited lifetime hardware warranty includes next-business-day advance replacement where available, with Cisco service and warranty ending May 31, 2029.
CBS350-24XTS-EU provides twelve dedicated 10G copper ports and twelve dedicated 10G SFP+ ports; CBS350-24XT-EU provides twenty-four 10G copper ports, with four sharing connections with SFP+ cages. Both are discontinued. The mixed-media model fits existing copper-and-fiber estates; the copper-heavy model fits established copper cabling.
CBS350-24P-4X-EU supplies PoE+ to connected endpoints, whereas CBS350-24XTS-EU supplies data connections without endpoint power. Both are discontinued. The PoE+ model fits existing installations with switch-powered devices; the non-PoE model fits separately powered equipment. Confirm the current migration model before specifying either for a new rollout.
C1300-24XTS is the current migration model, while CBS350-24XTS-EU ended sale on May 30, 2024. Both provide twelve 10G copper ports and twelve 10G SFP+ ports. The discontinued model addresses existing-estate replacement or sparing; C1300-24XTS is the forward replacement for buyers moving away from the CBS350 lifecycle.
CBS350-24XTS-EU supports STP, RSTP, MSTP and LACP, with eight hardware queues for traffic scheduling. Private VLANs isolate connected devices, and access-control rules restrict traffic. Strict-priority and weighted round-robin scheduling provide queue-handling choices, so the required loop-prevention, link-aggregation and traffic-policy configuration should be defined before deployment.
CBS350-24XTS-EU provides 512 MB of DRAM and 256 MB of flash, plus a 3 MB packet buffer shared dynamically across all network ports. The buffer figure is an aggregate, not a per-port allocation. Keep memory capacity separate from buffering when comparing hardware resources.
