CBS350-12XT-NA brings 10 Gigabit copper connectivity to managed small-business networks in a 1U rack-mount chassis. This Layer 2+ model provides ten dedicated RJ-45 connections and two copper/SFP+ combo positions, with fixed rather than modular uplinks. Each combo position supports one active connection, so fiber uplinks share the available switching connections rather than adding independent ports. Non-PoE operation means attached equipment needs its own power source. Within the Cisco Business 350 family, this configuration serves buyers retaining copper connections while allowing fiber connectivity where required. The discontinued CBS350-12NP-4X-NA differs by providing PoE for powered endpoints. A separate Gigabit out-of-band management interface lets administrators maintain a management connection independently of the switching ports, consistent with the managed operation of the Cisco Business portfolio.
CBS350-12XT-NA price for new stock is $1,750.35. CBS350-12XT-NA refurb price is $1,649.46. CBS350-12XT-NA is in stock and available for next-day dispatch. (terms applied)

240 Gbps switching capacity supports wire-speed, nonblocking operation across the available switching connections. 178.56 Mpps forwarding performance specifies packet handling with 64-byte packets. Static routing, RIP v2, and PBR support local traffic forwarding and next-hop selection, with limits of 990 static routes and 128 IP interfaces to check against the intended configuration. CBS350-12XT-NA combines 512 MB DRAM with 256 MB flash for runtime operation and image storage. Its 3 MB packet buffer is dynamically shared across ports rather than reserved as a separate allocation for each connection. STP, RSTP, and MSTP provide spanning-tree options, while LACP supports aggregated links. 64.1W maximum power consumption provides the electrical allowance for power-distribution planning. The internal universal AC supply accepts 100-240V AC at 50-60 Hz, without a redundant internal supply option. Two fans provide active cooling, and the 0°C to 50°C operating range sets the environmental limits for the installed equipment.
CBS350-12XT-NA is offered new sealed or certified refurbished; refurbished units are inspected and bench-tested for power-on and POST, clean boot, rated-speed port links, optics bay recognition, PSU status, and fan status, with firmware verified and configurations wiped to factory default. ORM provides up to a 3-year extended warranty for new units and up to 1 year for certified refurbished units, plus 30-day returns on either condition; terms apply. Cisco's separate Limited Lifetime hardware warranty is bounded by the last date of support, May 31, 2029. Specify condition, connection media, and quantities on the purchase order; PO acceptance, Net-30 for government, RMA with advance replacement, and regional stock/RMA across the UK, EU, US, and MEA support enterprise and volume orders.

For replacement orders tied to a discontinued SX350X-12-K9-NA, distinguish hardware continuity from a renewed support horizon. That predecessor reached end of sale on July 30, 2022. Identify the configuration that must be retained and the required regional power arrangement before specifying the replacement on the purchase order.
When several small-office installations need a common provisioning method, Cisco Network Plug and Play supports initial configuration and subsequent updates. Cisco PnP Connect is also supported. Define the intended onboarding workflow, configuration ownership, and device assignments before ordering units for a repeated rollout.
For a staging purchase that must validate an image before installation, dual-image support and the front-panel USB Type-A slot provide image-management options. Establish the intended active image, retained alternate image, and configuration-transfer method during acceptance planning, then specify the staging requirements before the purchase order is released.
Twelve copper links plus fiber uplinks
Two SFP+ connections share copper ports, preventing twelve copper links plus fiber uplinks simultaneously. C1300-12XT-2X provides dedicated SFP+ uplinks in a narrower chassis.
PoE output for powered endpoints
CBS350-12XT-NA does not supply PoE. Attached phones, access points, and other powered endpoints require their own power sources or separately specified power equipment.

CBS350-12XT-NA denotes a Business 350 managed switch with twelve 10 Gigabit copper connections and two shared SFP+ interfaces. CBS350 names the family; 12 gives the switching-port count; XT identifies the 10G copper configuration. NA is the regional suffix covering the United States, Canada, Mexico, Colombia, Chile, and the rest of Latin America.
CBS350-12XT-NA supports a web UI over HTTP/HTTPS, CLI through the RJ-45 console or SSH, SNMP, Cisco Business Dashboard, and the Cisco Business mobile app. Network Plug and Play supports provisioning, and Telnet client functionality is available. The embedded Dashboard probe removes the need for a separate probe appliance.
CBS350-12XT-NA reached end of sale on May 30, 2024, and its last date of support is May 31, 2029. Software maintenance and vulnerability/security support ended May 30, 2025. C1300-12XT-2X is the current replacement; the remaining hardware-support period does not extend those completed software-maintenance milestones.
ORM offers CBS350-12XT-NA new sealed or certified refurbished, with up to a 3-year extended warranty for new units and up to 1 year for refurbished units. Returns are accepted within 30 days for either condition; terms apply. Cisco's Limited Lifetime warranty is separate, with applicable Cisco service ending May 31, 2029.
CBS350-12XT-NA replaced SX350X-12-K9-NA, the discontinued twelve-port 10GBase-T stackable managed switch. The older model reached end of sale on July 30, 2022, and reaches its last date of support on July 31, 2027. This migration relationship does not confirm that stack membership or saved configurations transfer unchanged.
The Business 350 CBS350-12XT configuration cannot activate all twelve copper connectors and both SFP+ connectors simultaneously because two positions are shared. Each combo position permits one active connection. For fiber links, SFP-10G-SR supports multimode connections and SFP-10G-LR supports single-mode connections; include the required media when specifying the order.
CBS350-12XT-NA supports hardware stacks of four members managed as one system. Ring and chain topologies use 10G interfaces, with active and standby stack control. Because stacking uses network interfaces, reserve the required links before allocating front-panel connections to endpoints or uplinks in the intended installation.
CBS350-12XT-NA supports Static routing, RIP v2, and PBR, with up to 990 static routes and 128 IP interfaces. RIP v2 supplies dynamic routing, while PBR directs selected traffic toward chosen next hops. Size the routed configuration against these limits before specifying the switch for an installation.
CBS350-12XT-NA provides no PoE output, while CBS350-12NP-4X-NA supplies a shared 375W PoE budget. Both models are discontinued, and CBS350-12NP-4X-NA has no current migration product. The former suits separately powered connections; the latter serves powered endpoints where discontinued hardware is acceptable to the buyer.
CBS350-12XT-NA has twelve copper connection positions, compared with twenty-four on CBS350-24XT-NA. Both models are discontinued. The smaller model fits replacement orders retaining a twelve-connection layout; the larger model addresses higher copper-port density when purchasing discontinued hardware is acceptable and its remaining support arrangements meet the buyer's requirements.
CBS350-12XT-NA shares two copper positions with SFP+, while C1300-12XT-2X provides twelve copper ports plus two independent SFP+ uplinks. The replacement also has a narrower chassis. The discontinued model suits hardware-continuity purchases; the current C1300-12XT-2X suits buyers requiring copper connections and separate fiber uplinks, subject to revised mounting planning.
The Business 350 CBS350-12XT configuration uses an internal universal AC supply accepting 100-240V AC at 50-60 Hz, without a redundant internal supply option. Maximum consumption reaches 64.1W, and two fans provide active cooling. Allow for the electrical load and maintain an operating environment within 0°C to 50°C.
