The 1U platform serves Layer 2+ edge roles, including static IPv4 routing, RIP v2 and PBR, while Cisco Business 350 Series management fits local web, CLI and dashboard-based operations. 128 Gbps switching capacity and 95.23 Mpps forwarding give the platform nonblocking throughput across copper access ports and SFP+ uplinks. 195W of PoE power is available across 24 powered ports, so endpoint budgets must be totaled before assigning high-draw cameras or access points. Static IPv4 routing reaches 990 routes, with RIP v2, PBR, IPv6 routing, STP/RSTP/MSTP and LACP available for small routed edges. CBS350-24P-4X carries 512 MB DRAM, 256 MB flash, a 16K MAC table and a 1.5 MB packet buffer. Hardware stacking uses 10G ports, four members, matching port speeds and matching firmware; CBS series stackable switches do not stack with SG series switches. Fanless cooling removes fan inventory from the order, and the operating range is -5°C to 50°C.
