An existing SF352-08P-K9-NA installation can use this model as its named migration option. The older switch reached end of sale on January 29, 2023. Before issuing a replacement PO, review endpoint connections, retained cabling, and the configuration changes required when moving from Fast Ethernet to Gigabit access.
A rollout involving repeated configurations can use editable configuration files and SCP-based file transfer rather than recreating each switch configuration manually. Prepare the intended configuration, administrative access settings, and site-specific addressing before staging equipment.
