CBS350-12XT-EU is a managed Layer 2+ 10 Gigabit Ethernet switch with ten dedicated copper connections and two copper/SFP+ combo interfaces. Its fixed uplinks use those combo interfaces rather than an expansion bay, and selecting fiber disables the corresponding copper connection. The non-PoE, rack-mount 1U chassis belongs to the Cisco Business 350 Series and connects computers, servers, printers, and other separately powered equipment in small-business networks. A dedicated Gigabit Ethernet out-of-band management port provides administrative connectivity outside the twelve switching interfaces. The discontinued CBS350-12XS-EU instead carries ten dedicated SFP+ connections and two shared copper/SFP+ interfaces for fiber-heavy installations. The 10G copper switch supports 1G and 10G connections, allowing either supported link speed without installing a removable uplink card.
