1280 Gbps switching capacity gives the parent chassis wire-speed forwarding across its fixed interfaces. PVRST+, MSTP and LACP support Layer 2 topology control and aggregated connections, while vPC provides a multichassis connectivity option rather than conventional switch stacking. N6001P-6FEX-1G supports administration through the NX-OS CLI, with console access, SSHv2 and Telnet, plus SNMP and XML NETCONF integration. Cisco DCNM provides a separate graphical management path. DHCP snooping, Dynamic ARP Inspection and IP source guard provide access-security controls. For external fiber connections, SFP-10G-SR supports multimode fiber, SFP-10G-LR supports single-mode fiber and QSFP-40G-SR4 supports 40G multimode links.
