StackWise-1.6T forms one system with distributed forwarding and a common control plane, and a full ring gives redundant StackWise cable connections. C9350 switches use this Type 1A cable only with C9350 StackWise-1.6T ports, so Catalyst 9300 and earlier Catalyst stack cables do not fit.

1.6 Tbps of StackWise-1.6T bandwidth is the rated C9350 data-stack figure, and a C9350 stack has a maximum of 8 switches at the same license level. 1 m of cable length suits side-by-side mounting, while 0.5 m and 3 m Type 1A cables cover shorter or longer runs. STACK-T1A-1M seats in the rear StackWise port until the latch clicks, then links to the StackWise port on the neighboring switch. A full ring uses one cable per switch and gives full bandwidth; an incomplete ring gives half bandwidth and removes redundant connections. Cisco IOS XE 17.18.1 is the C9350 minimum software release.

STACK-T1A-1M fits C9350 Smart Switches with StackWise-1.6T rear stack ports: C9350-24HX, C9350-48HX, C9350-48HXN, C9350-24P, C9350-48P, C9350-24T, C9350-48T, C9350-48TX, C9350-24U and C9350-48U. STACK-T1A-1M runs on the C9350 platform software floor because the cable has no separate software image. C9350 switches have Cisco IOS XE 17.18.1 as the minimum software requirement. Stack members must share the same license level when different C9350 models form one StackWise-1.6T stack.
STACK-T1A-1M is the 1 m Type 1A C9350 data-stack cable, while STACK-T1A-3M is the 3 m Type 1A cable. Both serve StackWise-1.6T and the same C9350 rear stack ports. Use 1 m for measured side-by-side links and 3 m for longer rear-port paths.
