WS-C3650-24PDM-S identifies a Catalyst 3650 Mini with 24 Gigabit PoE+ ports, two 1G SFP uplinks, two 10G SFP+ uplinks and IP Base. WS-C3650 names the family; 24 gives the access-port count; P denotes PoE+, D the uplink configuration, M the Mini chassis and S the IP Base feature set.
The Catalyst 3650 Mini supports a Web UI, CLI through console, SSH Version 2 or Telnet, SNMP and Cisco Prime Infrastructure. SSH requires a cryptographic software image. Under Cisco IOS XE 16.12, the Web UI configures data VLANs but not voice VLANs, which require another configuration path.
The 24-port Catalyst 3650 Mini provides a 390W shared PoE budget with PoE+ output rated to 30W per port. All 24 copper ports are power-capable, but 24 × 30W would demand 720W, exceeding the budget. Size against actual endpoint requirements rather than allocating maximum draw to every port.
