640 Gbps switching capacity and 476.19 Mpps forwarding rate describe standalone switching performance. C9300-24UX-E includes 8 GB DRAM, 16 GB flash and UADP 2.0 forwarding silicon. Network Essentials supports routed access, including OSPF limited to 1000 routes, EIGRP Stub and PIM Stub Multicast. The 32000-route IPv4 hardware total is separate from the OSPF license limit.

Catalyst 9300 supports local console and SSH CLI, embedded WebUI, Catalyst Center, and eligible Meraki dashboard management. Cloud operation depends on the selected licensing and management configuration.
Cisco has not announced an end-of-sale date for Catalyst 9300. C9300-24UX-E has no announced hardware replacement or last-support date; software-release retirement notices are separate from switch hardware retirement.
C9300-24UX-E includes Network Essentials. Cisco DNA and Cisco Catalyst subscriptions offer Essentials or Advantage with three-year minimums; Cisco Networking Subscription offers Cisco Switching Essentials or Advantage with a 36-month minimum. Meraki Enterprise or Advanced migration has a one-year minimum.
