C9300L-48T-4X-E means Catalyst 9300L, 48 Gigabit copper data ports, four fixed 10G/1G SFP+ uplinks and Network Essentials. C9300L identifies the fixed-uplink family, 48 the access-port count, T the data-only configuration, 4X the uplinks and E the perpetual network license tier.
The Catalyst 9300L supports WebUI, local console and SSH CLI management, Cisco Catalyst Center, and Meraki dashboard management with supported software and subscriptions. Device-sourced cloud management retains local configuration and read/write Cloud CLI access; cloud-sourced management uses dashboard-delivered configuration and a read-only Cloud CLI.
Cisco has not announced an end-of-sale date for Catalyst 9300L. Software releases and accessories have separate lifecycle milestones; their retirement does not mean the switch chassis is discontinued. Required software and stack accessories need separate lifecycle consideration when preparing the hardware purchase.
New sealed and certified refurbished C9300L-48T-4X-E units have separate ORM coverage: up to 3-year extended warranty new, up to 1 year refurbished.
