MS350-24-BDL5 packages the Cisco Meraki MS350-24 cloud-managed Layer 3 switch with a 5-year Enterprise license. The chassis provides 24 fixed Gigabit Ethernet access ports without PoE output, plus four 10G SFP+ uplinks. The physical stack interfaces connect a group of up to eight compatible units, while a dedicated management interface supports device administration. This one-rack-unit access platform uses redundant power supplies and removable cooling components. The MS350-24P is a related MS350 configuration distinguished by powered PoE+ access. The hardware has passed its Cisco end-of-sale milestone, so procurement of new or replacement units must account for the published lifecycle and continuing support deadline. The included Enterprise entitlement lasts 5 years; it is not a perpetual management license.

128 Gbps switching capacity defines the local switching fabric for MS350-24. 95.24 Mpps forwarding throughput applies to the 24-port hardware configuration. The unpowered copper interfaces cannot supply endpoint power, even when the cloud dashboard controls their configuration. MS350-24-BDL5 supports OSPFv2 routing and static routes under its Meraki software environment. The cloud dashboard handles ports, VLANs, monitoring and scheduled firmware updates, while a local status page assists initial addressing. SNMP and syslog are available for operational visibility. Physical stacking uses dedicated stack connections rather than occupying the four uplink cages. The network team must retain an active Meraki license for continued managed operation, and the organization must claim the hardware to the correct dashboard inventory. A maximum 66W chassis load guides branch-circuit planning rather than describing its aggregate switched traffic.
ORM Systems offers MS350-24-BDL5 in new sealed or certified refurbished condition, with up to a 3-year extended ORM warranty for new equipment and up to a 1-year ORM warranty for certified refurbished equipment. Every condition has 30-day returns; terms apply. Refurbished managed units are inspected and bench-tested for power-on, POST, clean boot, rated-speed port links, optics bay recognition, power status and firmware verification; configuration is wiped to factory default. Specify the condition, quantity, 5-year license entitlement and required optics on the purchase order. POs are accepted, government accounts receive Net-30, and RMA with advance replacement supports volume purchases through the UK, EU, US and MEA regions.

Where a site must replace failed Meraki access hardware without redesigning its 10G uplink layout, the 24-port MS350 profile preserves four fixed SFP+ cages and dedicated stacking ports. Cisco has ended hardware sales; confirm entitlement continuity, stock condition, network compatibility and the replacement unit registration before issuing the PO.
Where a network team plans a 5-year budgeting cycle, this hardware-and-Enterprise-license bundle must be reconciled with dashboard organization licensing. The hardware support deadline is August 8, 2030, regardless of a bundled entitlement period. Specify the license co-termination approach and asset transfer requirements before purchase.
Where an existing MS350 stack needs an additional chassis, the eight-member physical stacking limit and 160 Gbps stack bandwidth govern the expansion. Four fixed 10G SFP+ uplinks remain available for upstream connections. Check installed stack firmware, appropriate stack cable part numbers and available rack power before placing the order.
New Cisco hardware sales channel
MS350-24 has already passed Cisco end of sale. A new deployment requiring currently orderable Cisco hardware must use a supported current product family rather than relying on this discontinued chassis.
Uplinks faster than 10GbE
The four fixed uplinks are 10G SFP+ cages. Native 25G or faster upstream links require a different switch architecture; this model has no removable uplink expansion bay.
Copper ports supplying PoE power
The access copper ports do not provide PoE. Powered phones or access points require a PoE-capable switch or separate power injection; the bundled license does not add power hardware.

MS350-24-BDL5 is a Cisco Meraki MS350-24 hardware and Enterprise-license bundle covering 5 years. The model provides 24 Gigabit Ethernet access ports and four 10G SFP+ uplinks. The BDL suffix distinguishes a bundle from standalone hardware; the numeric suffix identifies the licensed term.
MS350-24-BDL5 is managed from the Cisco Meraki cloud dashboard, with a local status page for basic initial connectivity settings. Cloud configuration includes switch ports, VLANs, monitoring and firmware scheduling. SNMP and syslog support integration with monitoring tools. The organization must claim its hardware and maintain an appropriate license.
MS350-24-BDL5 contains the discontinued MS350-24 hardware. Cisco ended hardware sales on July 11, 2025, and the published last support date is August 8, 2030. The bundled license term is distinct from hardware support dates. Procurement planning must account for both the service deadline and the continuing licensing obligation.
ORM Systems offers MS350-24-BDL5 new sealed with up to a 3-year extended ORM warranty or certified refurbished with up to a 1-year ORM warranty, plus 30-day returns subject to terms. Cisco Meraki hardware coverage remains subject to eligibility and the August 8, 2030 final support date.
MS350-24-BDL5 includes a 5-year Cisco Meraki Enterprise license in the bundle. Meraki cloud management depends on an active entitlement associated with the correct organization. The software entitlement period is separate from the hardware end-of-sale and end-of-support milestones, and must be confirmed during purchasing and claiming.
MS350-24-BDL5 provides four fixed 10G SFP+ uplink cages, separate from its 24 Gigabit RJ-45 access ports. The cages accept compatible optics for fiber uplinks and are not interchangeable modular cards. Dedicated physical stacking interfaces do not consume the four SFP+ uplinks; required optics are specified separately.
MS350-24-BDL5 supports an MS350 physical stack of up to eight members with 160 Gbps of stacking bandwidth. The stack uses dedicated interfaces rather than Ethernet uplinks. Confirm compatible stack cables, software versions and stack design before adding a unit to an existing wiring closet; management grouping is not equivalent to a physical stack.
MS350-24-BDL5 provides Layer 3 switching with static routing and OSPFv2 functionality. The Cisco Meraki dashboard provides the operational control path for route and network settings. Routing features and the active licensing state must be aligned with the intended production configuration; the physical switch is not an unmanaged Layer 2 device.
MS350-24-BDL5 has a published maximum platform load of 66W in the MS350-24 hardware configuration. Facilities power planning must account for available rack power, electrical headroom and the actual connected devices. Power delivery to access endpoints is not supported through its data-only RJ-45 ports.
MS350-24-BDL5 is a 1U rack-mount MS350 access switch with a chassis width of 484.6 mm. It provides 24 copper access ports and four uplink cages. Allow for its chassis depth, air movement, power leads and fiber cabling when specifying the rack layout and replacement installation plan.
MS350-24-BDL5 is the unpowered MS350-24 model. Its 24 Gigabit Ethernet access ports carry data but do not provide PoE output to endpoints. Telephones or wireless access points requiring power need separate injectors or a different access switch. The Enterprise bundle changes the license entitlement, not the underlying power hardware.
MS350-24-BDL5 uses the non-PoE 24-port MS350 hardware, whereas MS350-24P is the PoE+ 370W counterpart. Both provide four 10G SFP+ uplinks and cloud management. The powered model serves Ethernet endpoints requiring switch-supplied power; the data-only model fits installations powered through other means.
