MS350-24-HW is a cloud-managed Layer 3 access switch with 24 Gigabit Ethernet RJ-45 ports and four fixed 10G SFP+ uplinks for enterprise campus networks. The 1U rack chassis belongs to the Meraki MS350 series and connects self-powered endpoints without providing PoE output. Its uplink interfaces are built in rather than supplied through a removable network module. The discontinued MS350-24P-HW adds PoE+ while retaining the same access-port count and uplink arrangement. Meraki MS combines centralized port administration with client visibility, allowing access configuration and troubleshooting through a common interface. Physical stacking connects adjacent chassis, while virtual stacking groups port management without requiring those switches to share physical stack connections. These are separate capabilities: centralized administration alone does not create a physical switching stack.
MS350-24-HW price for new stock is $1,200.15. MS350-24-HW refurb price is $238.35. MS350-24-HW is in stock and available for next-day dispatch. (terms applied)

128 Gbps switching capacity provides the switching fabric for traffic between access connections and upstream interfaces. 95.24 Mpps forwarding capacity sets the packet-rate ceiling when sizing small-frame traffic. Static routing and OSPF support routed access, while DHCP server and relay functions handle client address provisioning. MS350-24-HW maintains 96000 MAC forwarding entries for endpoint learning. STP/RSTP provides loop prevention, and LACP supports aggregated connections, including multichassis aggregates across physically stacked switches. IGMP snooping filters multicast forwarding, while DHCP snooping and Dynamic ARP Inspection address unauthorized address services and address-resolution traffic. IPv4 and IPv6 ACLs provide traffic filtering. Eight traffic queues, including six configurable queues for DSCP-to-CoS mapping, support differentiated traffic handling. Remote packet capture and cable testing assist fault isolation without additional capture hardware at the site. Configuration-change logs support auditing, and SNMP and Syslog integrate monitoring with external systems. The Meraki operating system supports scheduled firmware upgrades through cloud management.
MS350-24-HW is offered new sealed with up to a 3-year extended ORM warranty or certified refurbished with up to 1 year. Refurbished units are inspected and bench-tested for power-on and POST, every port linking at rated speed, clean boot, and optics bay recognition; firmware is verified and configuration wiped to factory default. Specify condition and required accessories on the purchase order; every condition includes 30-day returns, terms apply, while Cisco's separate limited lifetime hardware warranty is bounded by August 8, 2030. ORM Systems accepts POs, offers Net-30 for government, and provides RMA with advance replacement, with regional stock and RMA across the UK, EU, US, and MEA for enterprise and volume orders.

When an existing physical stack needs another chassis, cable reach and the connection sequence become purchase-order details. MA-CBL-40G-50CM, MA-CBL-40G-1M, and MA-CBL-40G-3M provide 0.5 m, 1 m, and 3 m options. Confirm the installed arrangement, available connections, and required cable lengths before specifying the expansion order.
When replacement hardware must be prepared before shipment to a remote site, allow time for its initial cloud check-in and firmware update. An update can take 20–45 minutes or longer. Confirm network reachability, organization assignment, and successful completion of the initial update before approving shipment or scheduling installation.
When several locations need the same endpoint admission policy, 802.1X authentication, MAB, and hybrid authentication support a common access-control approach. RADIUS server monitoring assists operational checks. Establish the intended authentication method and server requirements before the purchase order, then specify the configuration and validation work required for each location.
PoE-powered phones or access points
MS350-24-HW supplies data connectivity only and provides no PoE output. Endpoints requiring network-delivered power need separate power equipment or a PoE-capable switch.
Multigigabit copper access connections
Fixed copper access ports stop at 1 Gbps; the 10G interfaces are uplinks. Endpoints requiring 2.5 Gbps or 5 Gbps need a multigigabit access switch.
Concurrent OSPF and warm spare
OSPF and VRRP warm spare cannot operate concurrently on MS350. A design requiring dynamic routing and this redundancy mode together needs a different switching architecture.

MS350-24-HW identifies MS350-series hardware with 24 Gigabit Ethernet access ports: MS350 names the series, 24 identifies the access-port configuration, and HW distinguishes the hardware order from its separate license. This version is non-PoE and includes four fixed 10G SFP+ uplinks rather than a removable uplink card.
MS350-24-HW is configured through the web-based Meraki Dashboard, with a local status page available for initial IP connectivity settings and troubleshooting. SNMP and Syslog support integration with external monitoring systems. Routine configuration uses cloud management rather than a conventional local switch configuration CLI.
MS350-24-HW is discontinued, with end of sale on July 11, 2025, and Cisco support ending August 8, 2030. Hardware procurement and the remaining manufacturer support period are separate considerations. Any purchase intended to remain under Cisco service must account for that final support date.
ORM offers MS350-24-HW new sealed with up to a 3-year extended warranty, or certified refurbished with up to 1 year; both include 30-day returns, terms apply. Cisco's limited lifetime hardware warranty is separate, with Cisco support ending August 8, 2030. Refurbished units are inspected, bench-tested, firmware verified, and wiped to factory default.
MS350-24-HW requires a separate Meraki Enterprise license, available in 1, 3, 5, 7, or 10-year terms, with a 1-year minimum. The hardware PID does not include the management entitlement. Specify the matching license and duration alongside either new or certified refurbished hardware on the purchase order.
MS350-24-HW is non-PoE, while the discontinued MS350-24P-HW adds a shared 370W PoE+ budget across 24 access ports. Both retain four 10G SFP+ uplinks. The non-PoE version suits existing installations with separately powered endpoints; the powered version addresses replacement requirements in existing PoE+ installations.
MS350-24-HW has 24 Gigabit copper access ports, whereas the discontinued MS350-24X-HW combines 16 Gigabit ports with eight multigigabit ports supporting 100 Mbps and 1/2.5/5/10 Gbps. The standard model suits existing Gigabit access installations; the multigigabit version addresses replacement requirements where higher-speed copper endpoints are already deployed.
The discontinued MS350-48-HW doubles copper access density from 24 to 48 ports compared with MS350-24-HW, while retaining four 10G SFP+ uplinks. Both configurations are non-PoE. The 24-port version suits smaller existing connection groups; the 48-port version addresses replacement requirements in denser existing wiring closets.
MS350 physical stacking connects eight switches at 160 Gbps through two dedicated stack interfaces per chassis. Cable options are MA-CBL-40G-50CM at 0.5 m, MA-CBL-40G-1M at 1 m, and MA-CBL-40G-3M at 3 m. Select lengths for the actual chassis arrangement; virtual stacking is a separate management capability.
MS350-24-HW includes one MA-PWR-250WAC and accepts a second MA-PWR-250WAC for redundant internal power. The additional supply is ordered separately; redundant capability does not mean two supplies arrive in the standard hardware package. Include the second supply when the purchase requires a populated dual-power configuration.
The Meraki MS350 series provides four fixed 10G SFP+ uplinks on MS350-24-HW, so no uplink expansion card is required. The cages support compatible Gigabit or 10 Gigabit pluggable optics. Specify optics for the far-end connection and link distance rather than ordering a removable network module.
MS350-24-HW cannot operate OSPF and VRRP warm spare concurrently, although each capability is supported separately. Static routing, DHCP server, and DHCP relay functions are also available. Select the routing and redundancy arrangement before staging; enabling warm spare does not provide a concurrent OSPF redundancy arrangement on this switch.
