SG350XG-48T-K9 is a managed Layer 2+ 10 Gigabit Ethernet switch with 46 dedicated copper access ports and two copper/SFP+ combo connections. Selecting copper on both combo connections provides 48 copper data connections; selecting fiber replaces the corresponding copper connection rather than adding an independent port. The non-PoE, Rack-Mount 1U model belongs to the Cisco 350X Series and connects equipment with its own power source. The discontinued SG350XG-24T-K9 is the lower-density sibling with 24 copper connections. A separate Gigabit management port provides out-of-band access without occupying a network connection, while the console supports local administration. The fixed connections require no removable uplink card.
SG350XG-48T-K9 price for new stock is $5,775.00, a 32.2% saving from the Cisco list price of $8,514.00. SG350XG-48T-K9 refurb price is $2,304.75. SG350XG-48T-K9 is in stock and available for next-day dispatch. (terms applied)

960 Gbps switching capacity supports nonblocking interface forwarding. 714.24 Mpps forwarding applies to 64-byte packets, making packet size important when comparing traffic profiles. Static IPv4 routing supports 990 routes and 128 IP interfaces for inter-VLAN connectivity; IPv6 supports 245 static routes and 106 interfaces. SG350XG-48T-K9 combines 512 MB memory and 256 MB flash for control-plane operation and image storage. A shared 4 MB packet buffer handles bursts across the ports, and the Cisco SG350XG-48T maintains 32000 MAC addresses for Layer 2 forwarding. STP/RSTP/MSTP control spanning-tree topology, while LACP supports aggregated links. DHCP snooping and Dynamic ARP Inspection validate address information at the network edge. Four fans provide active cooling within the 0°C to 50°C operating range. HTTP/HTTPS and console or SSH CLI access support administration. 272.6W worst-case consumption at 110V AC provides an electrical planning figure, not an endpoint power budget.
Specify SG350XG-48T-K9 as new sealed or certified refurbished, and include the required accessories on the PO. Certified refurbished units are inspected and bench-tested, with every port linking at rated speed and optics bay recognition checked; firmware is verified and configurations are wiped to factory default. ORM provides up to a 3-year extended warranty on new units and up to 1 year on certified refurbished units, plus 30-day returns on every condition; terms apply. POs are accepted for enterprise and volume orders, with Net-30 for government, RMA with advance replacement, and regional stock/RMA across the UK, EU, US and MEA.

For a copper cabling refresh, existing runs must support the selected connection speed before replacement hardware is ordered. Category 6a cabling supports 10 Gigabit Ethernet distances of 100 m on the 350X Series. Specify suitable patch leads and verify the installed cabling before the PO.
When several sites need a common configuration process, select the management workflow before building the hardware order. The embedded FindIT Network Probe removes the need for a separate probe appliance, while SNMP versions 1, 2c and 3 support monitoring integrations. Specify management services and staging requirements before the PO.
For a staging order that must reproduce an existing packet-size policy, the 350X Series supports 9000-byte jumbo frames and a default MTU of 2000 bytes. The front USB Type-A connection supports file and image handling. Specify the required firmware, configuration baseline and packet-size tests before shipment.
Ethernet power delivery to connected endpoints
SG350XG-48T-K9 does not supply PoE. Connected devices need separate power, so endpoint power cannot be included in the switch purchase as an Ethernet-delivered service.
Independent fiber and copper uplink connections
SG350XG-48T-K9 shares each SFP+ connection with a copper connection. Both sides of a combo pair cannot carry separate simultaneous links, limiting independent uplink choices.
An active Cisco support requirement
Cisco support for SG350XG-48T-K9 ended June 30, 2025. Its replacement chain also ends in discontinued hardware, without a current migration PID for this configuration.

SG350XG-48T-K9 identifies a Cisco 350X managed, stackable 10 Gigabit Ethernet copper switch. SG350XG identifies the 10 Gigabit model group, while 48T corresponds to 48 copper connections. Two connections also offer shared SFP+ sockets. A separate Gigabit management connection is outside those 48 data connections.
SG350XG-48T-K9 supports an HTTP/HTTPS web UI, full or menu CLI through console, SSH or Telnet, and SNMP versions 1, 2c and 3. FindIT Network Manager, the embedded FindIT Network Probe, Smart Network Application and Active Advisor provide additional management or monitoring paths. A dedicated Gigabit port supports out-of-band management.
SG350XG-48T-K9 is discontinued, with end of sale on June 18, 2020, and Cisco support ended June 30, 2025. Software maintenance ended June 18, 2021. Orders therefore concern remaining hardware rather than ongoing Cisco production, and an active Cisco service requirement cannot be met by this model.
ORM Systems offers SG350XG-48T-K9 new sealed or certified refurbished, with up to a 3-year extended warranty for new units or up to 1 year for certified refurbished units. Both conditions include 30-day returns; terms apply. Cisco's original limited lifetime hardware warranty and service ended June 30, 2025.
SG350XG-48T-K9 has two 10G SFP+ connections, each shared with a copper connection. SFP-10G-SR= supports multimode fiber and SFP-10G-LR= supports single-mode fiber. Order the required optics separately and match the fiber type and distance. Selecting an optical connection makes its paired copper connection unavailable for a separate link.
Cisco 350X Series hardware stacking supports four members, with ring or chain arrangements and a shared management address. SG350X, SG350XG and SX350X models can form a hybrid stack. SFP-H10GB-CU1M=, SFP-H10GB-CU3M= and SFP-H10GB-CU5M= provide copper interconnect choices of 1 m, 3 m and 5 m respectively.
Yes, SG350XG-48T-K9 supports static IPv4 and IPv6 routing between interfaces, including VLAN interfaces. IPv4 capacity is 990 static routes and 128 IP interfaces; IPv6 capacity is 245 static routes and 106 interfaces. The routing configuration uses static entries, so route and interface counts should be checked against the intended configuration.
The Cisco SG350XG-48T uses an internal universal AC supply accepting 100-240V AC at 47-63 Hz. Worst-case consumption is 272.6W at 110V AC or 258.2W at 220V AC. Those figures support circuit and power planning; they do not represent power available to connected endpoints because this model is non-PoE.
SG350X-48P-K9 supplies PoE+ from a 382W budget, whereas SG350XG-48T-K9 is non-PoE. The powered model has Gigabit access ports rather than 10GBase-T connections. Both models are discontinued: the powered model matches legacy Gigabit endpoints needing Ethernet power, while SG350XG-48T-K9 matches locally powered equipment needing 10 Gigabit copper connectivity.
SG350XG-48T-K9 provides 48 copper data connections, while SG350XG-24T-K9 provides 24. Both include two SFP+ connections shared with copper connections, and both are discontinued. The 48-connection model fits higher-density legacy copper installations; the 24-connection model fits smaller installations where matching the existing connection count is the purchasing requirement.
SG350XG-2F10-K9 has two dedicated SFP+ connections alongside ten copper connections, while SG350XG-48T-K9 shares its two SFP+ connections with copper connections. Both models are discontinued. SG350XG-2F10-K9 fits smaller legacy installations needing independent fiber links; SG350XG-48T-K9 fits denser copper installations that can allocate shared connections to fiber.
SX350X-52-K9-NA replaced the North American SG350XG-48T configuration, but that replacement is discontinued. Its successor, CBS350-48XT-4X-NA, is also discontinued and has no migration product. The replacement chain therefore does not end at a current model; neither later PID should be treated as a current-production alternative.
