WS-C3650-48FQ-E has 10/100/1000 copper access interfaces and a 1U chassis, with optional stacking rather than a removable uplink card.
WS-C3650-48FQ-E is managed through the console CLI, remote CLI over SSH or Telnet, SNMPv1/SNMPv2c/SNMPv3, and Cisco Prime Infrastructure. Cisco IOS XE provides the operating environment. Encrypted administrator access requires the appropriate cryptographic software image, while the dedicated Ethernet management interface provides a separate connection for administration.

WS-C3650-48FQ-E consumes up to 120.5W at 100% traffic in the no-PoE-load test condition. That figure excludes power delivered to endpoints and is not a whole-installation maximum with PoE enabled. Size mains and backup power separately for the selected PWR-C2-1025WAC supply configuration and the connected endpoint load.
One PWR-C2-1025WAC ships with WS-C3650-48FQ-E, while the second internal power-supply bay is optional. Add PWR-C2-1025WAC= when the order requires another matching supply. A dual-supply configuration supports redundancy or increased PoE availability, but the delivered configuration should specify whether that second module is installed rather than assumed.
