WS-C3750V2-24TS-E is a managed Layer 3 access switch with 24 non-PoE 10/100 RJ-45 ports, two fixed Gigabit SFP uplinks and the IP Services software image. The Catalyst 3750 v2 uses a full-width 1U rack chassis for enterprise access installations that retain Fast Ethernet endpoints. Copper connections carry data rather than endpoint power, while the SFP uplinks provide the fiber connection to distribution. The discontinued WS-C3750V2-24PS-E adds PoE for powered endpoints; the TS model serves devices with independent power.

32 Gbps switching capacity defines the switching fabric, while 6.5 Mpps forwarding sets the packet-processing ceiling. OSPF, EIGRP and BGPv4 support routed access under IP Services, with PBR available for policy-controlled forwarding. The maximum 12000 MAC entries and 11000 unicast routes require different resource templates rather than representing simultaneous maxima. WS-C3750V2-24TS-E has 32 MB of flash for software storage. StackWise connects nine members through a 32 Gbps interconnect without consuming access or uplink ports. A 60W rated maximum provides the power allowance for electrical planning; external backup power uses PWR-RPS2300 rather than a second internal supply.
ORM Systems offers WS-C3750V2-24TS-E new sealed or certified refurbished; refurbished units are inspected and bench-tested for power-on and POST, every port linking at rated speed, clean boot and optics bay recognition, with firmware verified and configuration wiped to factory default. New units include up to a 3-year extended ORM warranty, and certified refurbished units include up to 1 year; both conditions have 30-day returns, terms apply, and Cisco's original Limited Lifetime coverage ended May 31, 2021. Specify quantity, condition and accessory requirements when placing the order. Enterprise and volume POs are accepted, with Net-30 for government, RMA with advance replacement, and regional stock and RMA across the UK, EU, US and MEA.

An existing stack needs an additional member rather than a new standalone design. CAB-STACK-3M= provides a 3 m StackWise interconnect for wider cable routes. Inventory the existing members and software image, then specify the cable quantity and length with the switch before issuing the PO.
An access refresh must retain policy-based forwarding instead of treating every subnet identically. The access and routing templates allow 500 PBR ACEs, while the default template provides none. Inventory the policy entries and select the required resource template during staging; include those configuration requirements with the PO.
A spare-stock purchase is intended to preserve an existing installation, not restart manufacturer software maintenance. Maintenance releases ended May 14, 2017. Record the software release used by the installed estate and any required configuration archive; specify the replacement image and condition on the PO.
Gigabit speed on copper access ports
Copper access connections stop at 100 Mbps. C9300L-24T-4G-A provides 24 Gigabit copper access ports and is the current endpoint of the replacement chain.
PoE power for connected endpoints
All 24 RJ-45 access ports are data-only and cannot power phones or access points. Powered endpoints require an independent power arrangement; this model cannot provide PoE.
10G uplinks to distribution
The two fixed SFP uplinks support Gigabit Ethernet, not 10G. C9300L-24T-4X-A provides four fixed 10G uplinks while retaining a 24-port copper access configuration.
Active Cisco manufacturer service coverage
Cisco service ended May 31, 2021, regardless of sealed condition. C9300L-24T-4G-A is the current migration endpoint; specify the replacement hardware and its required service entitlement instead.

WS-C3750V2-24TS-E identifies a Catalyst 3750 v2 switch with 24 non-PoE Fast Ethernet ports, two Gigabit SFP uplinks and IP Services. WS-C3750V2 identifies the family, 24 identifies the access-port count, TS associates the data-port configuration with SFP uplinks, and E identifies the Enhanced IP Services image.
WS-C3750V2-24TS-E supports Cisco IOS CLI through console, SSHv2 or Telnet, browser-based Express Setup, Cisco Network Assistant, CiscoWorks LMS and SNMPv1, SNMPv2c or SNMPv3. SSHv2 and encrypted SNMPv3 require a cryptographic software image. Specify the required management methods before ordering and stage access credentials after configuration reset.
WS-C3750V2-24TS-E reached end-of-sale on May 14, 2016, and Cisco support ended May 31, 2021. Its initial replacement, WS-C3650-24TS-E, is also discontinued; the replacement chain now ends at C9300L-24T-4G-A. New sealed condition does not restart Cisco service or change the original hardware lifecycle milestones.
ORM offers WS-C3750V2-24TS-E new sealed with up to a 3-year extended warranty, or certified refurbished with up to 1 year. Both conditions have 30-day returns; terms apply. Cisco's original Limited Lifetime hardware warranty and service ended May 31, 2021. Refurbished managed units are inspected, bench-tested, firmware verified and wiped to factory default.
WS-C3750V2-24TS-E comes with the IP Services software feature set rather than IP Base. IP Services includes advanced IPv4 and IPv6 routing and policy-based routing. CD-3750-EMI= is the IP Services upgrade option for an IP Base unit, not an additional upgrade needed to identify this E model.
WS-C3750V2-24TS-E replaced WS-C3750-24TS-E, whose end-of-sale date was July 5, 2010. That relationship identifies the earlier 24-port data configuration for legacy replacement searches. Carry the complete V2 part number on the PO rather than substituting the older PID, and specify the required software image when ordering a spare.
WS-C3750V2-24TS-E has non-PoE access ports, whereas WS-C3750V2-24PS-E supplies PoE through its copper access ports. Both models are discontinued, so this comparison concerns legacy installation requirements rather than a current-generation purchase. The data model suits independently powered devices; the PoE variant suits legacy endpoints that require power from the switch.
WS-C3750V2-24TS-E includes IP Services, while WS-C3750V2-24TS-S includes IP Base. The E model adds the advanced routing feature set; the S model carries the base software tier. Both are discontinued. Specify the E model for existing advanced-routing requirements and the S model where the base tier meets the configuration.
C9300L-24T-4G-A has four fixed 1G SFP uplinks, while WS-C3750V2-24TS-E has two. C9300L-24T-4G-A is the current endpoint of the legacy model's replacement chain. The older switch serves retention of an existing installation; the successor suits a replacement purchase requiring more independent Gigabit uplink connections.
Catalyst 3750 v2 StackWise stacks nine members through a 32 Gbps interconnect. Cable choices include CAB-STACK-50CM= at 0.5 m, CAB-STACK-1M= at 1 m and CAB-STACK-3M= at 3 m. Specify cable lengths and quantities against the physical arrangement before connecting an additional member to the installed stack.
WS-C3750V2-24TS-E has two fixed Gigabit SFP uplinks, with GLC-SX-MM= available for multimode fiber and GLC-LH-SM= for multimode or single-mode fiber. These are Gigabit connections rather than 10G SFP+ connections. Specify the transceiver against the installed fiber and the remote endpoint instead of ordering optics by connector appearance alone.
