C9300-24UX-A identifies a Catalyst 9300 switch with 24 copper multigigabit UPOE ports, modular uplinks and Network Advantage. C9300 identifies the series, 24 identifies the port count, UX identifies the multigigabit UPOE configuration, and A identifies Network Advantage. No separate fixed-uplink speed code appears in this part number.
C9300-24UX-A is managed through CLI over the local console or SSH, the embedded WebUI, Cisco Catalyst Center, or Meraki dashboard under the appropriate management mode. Cisco IOS XE also supports NETCONF, RESTCONF and YANG-based automation. Dashboard operation can use cloud-sourced configurations or device-sourced configurations with Cloud CLI access.
Cisco has not announced an end-of-sale date for Catalyst 9300. Software releases and accessories can have separate retirement dates without ending sales of the switch hardware. Keep the switch part number distinct from software and accessory items when checking support coverage for a purchase or refresh.
