MA-CBL-100G-1M is the Meraki 100G Stacking Cable (1 m), a Meraki Stacking 1 m stack cable for MS150, MS450 and MS355 switches with a 100 Gigabit cable data rate. The 1 m length is the edge over the 3 m cable when adjacent stack ports need less slack. The cable fits dedicated QSFP28 stack ports only. A Meraki MS stack cable uses two stack ports per switch and builds a full ring with one cable per member. Physical stacks hold up to 8 like-model switches; MS150, MS355 and MS450 do not mix with each other. MS150 stacks rate at 80 Gbps; MS355 and MS450 stacks rate at 400 Gbps.
MA-CBL-100G-1M price is $498.75, a 22.2% saving from the Cisco list price of $641.25. MA-CBL-100G-1M is in stock and available for free next-day delivery. (terms applied)

100 Gigabit cable data rate comes from the 100GQSFP28 standard and QSFP28 passive Twinax assembly. MS150 models use 2 stacking ports and 80 Gbps of stack bandwidth, while MS355 and MS450 models use 2 hardware stack ports and 400 Gbps of stack bandwidth. MA-CBL-100G-1M forms full-ring physical stacks with up to 8 switches. Ring cabling connects stack port 1 on one switch to stack port 2 on the next switch and returns the last switch to the first. Power stays off while initial stack cables are connected. MS150 needs MS 17.1.4 minimum; MS355 and MS450 need MS 11 minimum.
MA-CBL-100G-1M comes new sealed and certified refurbished. Certified refurbished units are inspected and bench-tested between two compatible switches, with connectors, pins, latches and housing inspected and stack link up at the rated bandwidth. Match the 1 m length to the rack path and order one cable per switch for a full ring. Warranty is new — up to 3-year extended · certified refurbished — up to 1 year, with 30 days on every condition · terms apply. Regional stock and RMA cover UK · EU · US · MEA; PO accepted and Net-30 for government apply.

A network team has a damaged 1 m QSFP28 stack link between two MS355 members. The replacement must match the 100GQSFP28 standard, the 1 m path and the 100 Gigabit cable data rate. Count one replacement cable for each failed physical link before the PO.
A team building a 4-switch MS450 stack needs a closed ring, not a partial loop. The ring uses stack port 1 to stack port 2 between neighbors and returns the last switch to the first. Count 4 stack cables and confirm the 1 m rack path before the PO.
A site adding one MS150 switch to a physical stack must keep the stack within 8 members and like-model membership. The new member needs another 100GQSFP28 stack link in the ring. Confirm the switch firmware floor, cable length and final cable count before the PO.
MS390 or C9300 stacks
MA-CBL-100G-1M does not fit MS390 or C9300 stack ports. Those stacks use MA-CBL-120G-1M for 120 Gigabit Meraki stack links.
Forty gigabit Meraki stacks
MS210, MS225, MS250, MS350, MS410 and MS425 stacks use 40 Gigabit Meraki stack cables. Select MA-CBL-40G-1M for a 1 m path.
Three metre cable paths
The 1 m length does not cover a 3 m rack path. Select MA-CBL-100G-3M for MS150, MS355 and MS450 stacks when the measured path needs 3 m.

MA-CBL-100G-1M is the Cisco Meraki 100G Stacking Cable (1 m). The PID identifies a Meraki accessory cable, 100G stack data rate and 1 m length. It uses the 100GQSFP28 standard as a QSFP28 passive Twinax cable assembly for MS150, MS355 and MS450 stacking.
MA-CBL-100G-1M fits MS150, MS355 and MS450 switches with dedicated 100G stacking ports. MS390 and C9300 stacks take MA-CBL-120G-1M for 120 Gigabit Meraki stack links. MS210, MS225, MS250, MS350, MS410 and MS425 take MA-CBL-40G-1M for 40 Gigabit stack links.
Meraki MS150 switches use MA-CBL-100G-50CM, MA-CBL-100G-1M or MA-CBL-100G-3M for 100 Gigabit stacking. The same 100G cable set also fits MS355 and MS450. Choose MA-CBL-100G-1M for a 1 m path between stack ports and count one cable per member for a full ring.
MA-CBL-100G-1M has a 100 Gigabit cable data rate. MS150 stacks rate at 80 Gbps, while MS355 and MS450 stacks rate at 400 Gbps. The technology gives a physical stack up to 8 members, a full ring and one Dashboard-managed switch stack.
MA-CBL-100G-1M is the 1 m length for adjacent rack positions or switch stack ports that need more reach than 0.5 m. A full ring needs one cable per switch, so a 4-switch stack needs 4 cables. Select MA-CBL-100G-3M when the cable path is longer.
MA-CBL-100G-1M works in a physical stack of up to 8 switches. A full ring starts from stack port 1 on one switch to stack port 2 on the next and closes from the bottom switch back to the top switch. Power stays off during initial cabling.
Install MA-CBL-100G-1M with all switches powered off and links disconnected. Insert the cable into the dedicated stack ports with the cable tabs in the correct orientation, then power on the switches and wait for Dashboard stack detection. Stack-port LEDs indicate cable detection and stack status where the switch provides LEDs.
MA-CBL-100G-1M follows the switch firmware floor. MS150 requires MS 17.1.4 minimum; MS355 and MS450 require MS 11 minimum. All stack members must run the same firmware build before a physical stack is provisioned, and the Dashboard firmware page controls the target build.
The 1 m length is the difference between MA-CBL-100G-1M and MA-CBL-100G-3M. Both are 100GQSFP28 QSFP28 passive Twinax stack cables for MS150, MS355 and MS450. Choose MA-CBL-100G-1M for adjacent switch positions, and choose MA-CBL-100G-3M when the rack path needs 3 m.
100 Gigabit QSFP28 stacking is the difference between MA-CBL-100G-1M and MA-CBL-40G-1M. MA-CBL-100G-1M fits MS150, MS355 and MS450. MA-CBL-40G-1M fits 40 Gigabit Meraki stack families: MS210, MS225, MS250, MS350, MS410 and MS425. Equal 1 m length does not make the technologies interchangeable.
Cisco has not announced an end-of-sale date for MA-CBL-100G-1M. MA-CBL-100G-1M serves MS150, MS355 and MS450 stacks. MS355 hardware service ends 8 August 2030, and MS450-12 hardware service ends 31 October 2031 after sales ended on 29 October 2026.
ORM supplies MA-CBL-100G-1M new sealed and certified refurbished. Cisco Meraki accessories carry a 1-year hardware warranty. New carries up to 3-year extended warranty, and certified refurbished carries up to 1 year. Returns are 30 days on every condition · terms apply. PO accepted, Net-30 for government and RMA with advance replacement apply.
