The MSA 1050 supports SAS and SATA small form factor (2.5-inch) drives, with maximum individual drive capacities up to 1.92 TB for SAS or 4 TB for SATA.
Each SFF enclosure accommodates up to 24 small form factor drives, and you can scale out by adding up to four additional expansion enclosures for a total of 120 drives.
