SF350-24P-K9-NA is a managed Layer 2+ switch with 24 Fast Ethernet PoE+ access ports and four fixed Gigabit uplink interfaces. Two uplinks are dedicated SFP slots; two are copper/SFP combo interfaces, with one medium active per combo interface. The full-width 1U chassis belongs to the Cisco 350 Series Managed Switches family for small-business networks. SF350-24P supports powered phones, wireless access points, and cameras where 10/100 endpoint connections remain acceptable. The discontinued SF350-24MP-K9-NA increases endpoint power allocation to 375W without changing access-port density. Voice VLAN support separates phone traffic from other endpoint traffic, while QoS assigns forwarding priority to delay-sensitive applications. Copper and fiber connections provide alternative uplink media rather than interchangeable access-port speeds.
SF350-24P-K9-NA price for new stock is $1,126.29. SF350-24P-K9-NA refurb price is $602.18. SF350-24P-K9-NA is in stock and available for next-day dispatch. (terms applied)

12.8 Gbps switching capacity and 9.52 Mpps forwarding at a 64-byte packet size establish the traffic envelope for the installed ports. 185W of shared PoE power requires the combined endpoint allocation to remain within the available budget. Static IPv4 routing supports 990 routes and 128 IP interfaces, with IPv6 routing and PBR available for local forwarding policies. SF350-24P-K9-NA uses 512 MB of DRAM and 256 MB of flash for its control software and retained images. A 1.5 MB packet buffer is shared dynamically across the ports rather than assigned as a fixed amount to each connection. STP/RSTP/MSTP controls Layer 2 paths, while LACP forms aggregated links. The 16000-entry MAC table accommodates learned addresses, and 4094 VLANs support segmentation. Local administration includes a browser interface and a scriptable CLI; SNMPv3 provides authenticated remote management. The chassis does not support removable uplink cards.
Specify SF350-24P-K9-NA and the quantity in new sealed or certified refurbished condition on the PO to ORM Systems. Certified refurbished units are inspected and bench-tested, including power-on and POST, rated-speed links on every port, PoE output under load on every powered port, clean boot, firmware verification, and a factory-default configuration wipe. ORM warranties provide up to a 3-year extended term for new units or up to 1 year for certified refurbished units, with 30-day returns on either condition, terms apply; Cisco's separate limited lifetime hardware warranty is eligibility-dependent and ends no later than January 31, 2028. ORM accepts POs, offers Net-30 for government, and provides RMA with advance replacement; specify quantities and UK, EU, US, or MEA stock/RMA requirements for enterprise and volume orders.

A replacement request tied to SF300-24PP-K9-NA can follow its migration relationship rather than treating every older powered switch as interchangeable. That predecessor reached end of sale on October 4, 2018. Before the PO, match retained endpoint connections and the approved configuration to the required replacement unit.
An endpoint list mixing ordinary powered devices with higher-draw equipment needs a port-specific allocation. Four ports support 60W PoE, while the other powered ports support 30W each. Before approving the PO, identify the higher-draw devices, assign their connections, and check combined demand against the shared allocation.
A spare entering a fleet pinned to older software needs a PoE chipset check before image selection. Sx350 PoE hardware using chipset revision 0x4a02 or 0x4b42 cannot downgrade to version 2.2.7 or earlier. Include the required firmware target and chipset compatibility check in the staging instructions before the PO.
Gigabit connections to powered endpoints
Access ports stop at 100 Mbps; Gigabit uplinks do not change endpoint speed. C1300-24P-4G provides 24 Gigabit access ports for a current migration.
10G uplinks to distribution
Fixed uplinks stop at 1G, and there is no removable uplink card bay. An SFP transceiver changes cabling compatibility, not the maximum uplink speed.

SF350-24P-K9-NA identifies a 350 Series managed Fast Ethernet PoE+ switch: SF350 is the model family, 24 is the access-port count, and P denotes powered ports. NA is the regional suffix for the United States, Canada, Mexico, Colombia, Chile, and other Latin American markets.
Cisco 350 Series Managed Switches support an HTTP/HTTPS web interface, console CLI, SSH, Telnet, SNMPv1/v2c/v3, Smart Network Application, Cisco FindIT Network Manager, and Cisco Active Advisor. The browser interface offers simple and advanced modes; configuration files can also be edited externally and downloaded for repeatable provisioning.
SF350-24P-K9-NA is discontinued and reached end of sale on January 29, 2023, but its last date of support is January 31, 2028. The scheduled software-maintenance milestone was January 29, 2024. Support availability before the final date remains subject to applicable entitlement and warranty conditions.
ORM Systems offers SF350-24P-K9-NA new sealed or certified refurbished, with up to a 3-year extended warranty on new units and up to 1 year on refurbished units. Both conditions include 30-day returns; terms apply. Cisco's separate limited lifetime hardware warranty is subject to eligibility and ends no later than January 31, 2028.
SF350-24P-K9-NA replaced SF300-24PP-K9-NA, which reached end of sale on October 4, 2018. The older unit is discontinued, and Cisco support ended on October 31, 2023. The SF350 is also discontinued, so this relationship identifies an installed-base replacement rather than a current-generation purchasing option.
SF350-24P-K9-NA shares 185W across 24 powered ports, so every port cannot draw its maximum simultaneously. Four ports allow 60W, and the remaining 20 allow 30W per port, subject to the total budget. Combined endpoint demand and configured power priorities determine how many devices can be energized together.
SF350-24P provides four Gigabit uplink interfaces: two dedicated SFP slots and two copper/SFP combo interfaces. Each combo interface activates only one copper or fiber connection at a time. Fiber connections require compatible optics such as MGBSX1 for multimode fiber or MGBLX1 for single-mode fiber, ordered separately.
SF350-24P-K9-NA supports inter-VLAN routing through static IPv4 routing, with 990 static routes and 128 IP interfaces, plus IPv6 routing and PBR. Routed interfaces can be physical ports, link aggregation groups, VLAN interfaces, or loopbacks. Static next-hop planning is required for deployments relying on its IPv4 routing function.
SF350-24P uses an internal AC power supply accepting 100-240V AC and has no redundant power supply option. Worst-case consumption including PoE is 240W at 110V, compared with 230W at 220V. The AC feed and UPS allowance must cover endpoint power as well as the switch electronics.
SF350-24P-K9-NA has a 185W PoE budget, while SF350-24MP-K9-NA has 375W. Both retain 24 Fast Ethernet powered access ports. Both models are discontinued; the 185W version fits lower combined endpoint draw, and the 375W version addresses a larger power allocation within an existing 350 Series installation.
SF350-48P-K9-NA provides 48 Fast Ethernet powered access ports, where SF350-24P-K9-NA provides 24. Both models are discontinued. The 24-port unit suits replacement requirements within its connection count; the 48-port model addresses higher endpoint density in an existing 350 Series network rather than serving as a current-generation upgrade.
C1300-24P-4G offers 24 Gigabit access ports, where SF350-24P-K9-NA has 24 Fast Ethernet access ports. The current migration chain passes through the discontinued CBS350-24P-4G-NA. The SF350 serves installed-base sparing requirements; the Catalyst 1300 model suits buyers moving endpoint connections to Gigabit speeds.
