SF350-24P-K9 provides managed Layer 2+ access with 24 Fast Ethernet PoE+ downlinks and four fixed Gigabit uplinks in a 1U chassis. Two uplinks use copper/SFP combo interfaces, while two are dedicated SFP connections, providing copper or fiber choices without an expansion module. The Cisco 350 Series Managed Switches serve small-business voice, wireless, and surveillance endpoints; this model's access links remain 10/100Mbps. Four powered ports also accommodate compatible 60W devices. Each combo interface uses either its copper connector or its SFP cage, never both simultaneously. The discontinued SF350-24MP-K9-NA supplies a larger 375W endpoint power allocation while retaining the same access-port density.

12.8 Gbps switching capacity defines the aggregate fabric throughput, and 9.52 Mpps forwarding applies to 64-byte packets. 185W of shared PoE output must cover the combined powered-device load rather than every port's individual ceiling simultaneously. Static IPv4 routing supports 990 routes and 128 IP interfaces, while PBR directs selected traffic toward chosen next hops. SF350-24P-K9 includes 512 MB of DRAM and 256 MB of flash for its control software and stored images. A 16000-entry MAC table bounds address learning across the connected network. Browser configuration and a scriptable CLI support local administration or remote changes. A fixed internal AC supply accepts 100–240V input, with no second internal supply bay for power redundancy. 240W worst-case consumption with PoE provides the upper input figure for AC circuit planning. The Cisco SF350-24P uses two fans for active cooling within its 0°C to 50°C operating range.
Order SF350-24P-K9 new sealed or certified refurbished, specifying condition, regional power cord, mounting hardware, and quantity on the PO. ORM's refurbished units are inspected and bench-tested for power-on and POST, rated-speed links on every port, clean boot, PoE output under load on every powered port, and optics bay recognition; firmware is verified and configuration wiped to factory default. ORM provides up to a 3-year extended warranty on new units, up to 1 year on certified refurbished units, and 30-day returns on either condition, with terms applying; Cisco's separate limited lifetime coverage remains subject to eligibility and ends January 31, 2028. Enterprise and volume orders can use accepted POs, government Net-30 terms, and RMA with advance replacement.

When a discontinued SF300-24PP-K9-NA needs replacement within an existing estate, treat configuration migration as a separate task from hardware selection. Inventory VLAN assignments, endpoint power requirements, uplink media, and management credentials before approving the replacement. Specify the regional ordering suffix and a staging configuration on the PO.
When several sites need a common administrative workflow, CLI privilege levels 1, 7, and 15 allow different operator permissions. Assign operating roles before preparing reusable configuration files, rather than distributing unrestricted credentials with every chassis. Specify administrator access requirements and the configuration handover process before releasing the site quantities.
When a staging lab must reproduce a troubleshooting capture before hardware enters service, port mirroring supports one session with eight source ports feeding one destination port. Separate the capture interface from the monitored connections in the test plan. Specify the required mirroring topology and acceptance checks before issuing the PO.
1G access links for every endpoint
SF350-24P-K9 limits access connections to 10/100Mbps. C1300-24P-4G provides 24 Gigabit Ethernet PoE access ports while retaining four 1G SFP uplinks.
Fanless operation in occupied rooms
SF350-24P-K9 includes two cooling fans rather than passive cooling. Acoustic noise reaches 39.7 dB at 0°C to 25°C and 52.2 dB at 50°C.

SF350-24P-K9 identifies a Cisco 350 Series Fast Ethernet PoE+ switch: SF350 is the model family, 24 is the access-port count, and P marks the powered configuration. K9 remains part of the ordering identifier. The regional form SF350-24P-K9-NA adds the suffix used for United States orders.
SF350-24P-K9 supports HTTP/HTTPS browser management, console CLI, SSH or Telnet CLI access, SNMP 1/2c/3, and Smart Network Application. Additional integrations include FindIT Network Manager with an embedded probe, Cisco Active Advisor, and Network Plug and Play provisioning. Establish administrator access controls before placing the unit into service.
SF350-24P-K9 reached end of sale on January 29, 2023, with final Cisco support scheduled for January 31, 2028. Software maintenance ended January 29, 2024. The direct replacement, CBS350-24P-4G-NA, is also discontinued; the forward replacement chain now ends at C1300-24P-4G for a current purchase.
ORM offers SF350-24P-K9 new sealed or certified refurbished, with up to a 3-year extended warranty on new units and up to 1 year on refurbished units. Returns are 30 days for either condition; terms apply. Cisco's separate limited lifetime hardware warranty is subject to eligibility and ends January 31, 2028.
SF350-24P-K9 provides a shared 185W PoE budget across 24 powered Fast Ethernet ports, including four ports capable of 60W and the remaining ports capable of 30W. The combined port maxima exceed the chassis budget. Allocate endpoint demand by port and total load rather than assuming simultaneous maximum output.
Four fixed Gigabit uplinks on the Cisco SF350-24P comprise two dedicated SFP slots and two copper/SFP combo interfaces. Each combo interface supports only one medium at a time. MGBSX1 supports multimode fiber, while MGBLX1 supports single-mode fiber; order the selected transceivers separately and match the link partners.
SF350-24P-K9 supports static IPv4 routing with 990 routes and 128 IP interfaces, plus PBR for traffic-specific next-hop selection. The software also supports IPv6 routing. Size the local subnet and route plan against these limits; deployments requiring dynamic route exchange need a separate routing function.
The Cisco SF350-24P uses one fixed internal AC power supply accepting 100–240V at 50–60 Hz, without a second supply bay. Worst-case consumption with PoE is 240W at 110V or 230W at 220V. Include total chassis input rather than endpoint power alone when sizing the AC circuit or backup power source.
SF350-24P-K9 allocates 185W to powered endpoints, whereas SF350-24MP-K9-NA allocates 375W; both have 24 Fast Ethernet PoE+ access ports. Both models are discontinued. For installed-estate matching, the standard model addresses lighter aggregate power demand, while the MP model addresses a larger existing powered-device load.
SF350-24P-K9 has 24 Fast Ethernet access ports, while SF350-48P-K9-NA has 48. Both retain four Gigabit uplinks, and both are discontinued. The 24-port chassis matches smaller existing endpoint groups; the 48-port chassis addresses denser legacy installations requiring more access connections within a single switch.
C1300-24P-4G provides Gigabit Ethernet access ports, while SF350-24P-K9 provides 10/100Mbps access ports. Both have 24 powered access connections and Gigabit uplinks. The older switch matches an existing Fast Ethernet estate; C1300-24P-4G is the current replacement-chain endpoint for buyers moving those endpoint connections to Gigabit Ethernet.
SF350-24P-K9 replaced the discontinued SF300-24PP-K9-AR, SF300-24PP-K9-AU, SF300-24PP-K9-CN, SF300-24PP-K9-EU, SF300-24PP-K9-JP, SF300-24PP-K9-NA, and SF300-24PP-K9-UK regional models. Those switches provided 24 Fast Ethernet PoE+ ports with Gigabit uplinks. This identifies an installed-base migration rather than a current-generation buying recommendation; SF350-24P-K9 has since reached end of sale itself.
The Cisco SF350-24P occupies 1U in a full-width rack installation, measuring 440 mm wide, 44 mm high, and 257 mm deep, with a weight of 4.08 kg. Allow installation clearance for connected cables and airflow rather than sizing the available space only to the chassis dimensions.
SF350-24P-K9-UK-RF is a Cisco-remanufactured UK ordering variant, not the same refurbishment condition as an ORM-certified refurbished SF350-24P-K9. Cisco remanufacturing and ORM certification are separate supply paths. An RF-specific purchase should identify the complete regional PID, while an ORM refurbishment order should identify ORM's condition and inspection requirements.
