SF350-48-K9-NA is a fanless, managed Layer 2+ access switch with 48 10/100 Mbps RJ-45 downlinks and four fixed Gigabit uplinks for small-business networks. Two uplinks are dedicated SFP slots; the other two are copper/SFP combo interfaces, with either copper or fiber active on each pair. The 1U rack chassis belongs to the Cisco 350 Series Managed Switches and connects locally powered endpoints rather than supplying PoE. The discontinued SF350-48P-K9-NA adds PoE+ for powered endpoints. Cisco SF350-48 supports guest VLANs and Private VLAN Edge to separate visitor traffic and restrict communication between devices sharing a VLAN.

17.6 Gbps switching capacity supports nonblocking traffic across the installed interfaces, while 13.09 Mpps forwarding applies to 64-byte packets. Static routing supports 990 IPv4 routes; PBR directs selected IPv4 or IPv6 traffic to a chosen next hop. SF350-48-K9-NA carries 512 MB of DRAM and 256 MB of flash for working memory and persistent image storage. A dynamically shared 3 MB packet buffer serves queued traffic across all ports. STP/RSTP/MSTP control Layer 2 topology, and LACP combines links into aggregation groups. Browser management, Textview CLI and SNMP provide configuration and remote administration. The MAC table tracks 16384 learned addresses, while 4094 VLANs allow separate broadcast domains. 24.2W maximum consumption at 220V provides the upper figure for power-feed sizing. An internal 100–240V AC supply powers the chassis; redundant internal power is not available. Management authentication can use RADIUS, TACACS+ or a local database.
ORM Systems supplies SF350-48-K9-NA new sealed with up to a 3-year extended warranty, or certified refurbished with up to 1 year; Cisco's original limited lifetime hardware warranty ends July 31, 2027. Refurbished units are inspected and bench-tested for power-on and POST, rated-speed port links, clean boot, optics bay recognition and PSU status; firmware is verified and configurations are wiped to factory default. Specify condition, quantity and required optics on the PO; 30-day returns cover every condition, terms apply. Enterprise and volume orders support PO acceptance, Net-30 for government and RMA with advance replacement, with regional stock and RMA in the UK, EU, US and MEA.

For repeat branch orders in the United States or Canada, the -NA regional form keeps the purchasing identity consistent across sites. The same suffix also covers Mexico, Colombia, Chile, and the rest of Latin America. Specify destination-country requirements and the complete regional order code before issuing the PO.
When several local subnets need gateways on the access switch, the 128 IP-interface limit becomes a sizing input. Interfaces can attach to physical ports, link aggregation groups, VLANs, or loopbacks. Count the required gateway and transit interfaces, then specify that interface plan before the PO.
For staged equipment orders, dual firmware images and the front-panel USB Type-A connection support image and configuration handling before installation. A staging bench can use these facilities without selecting a removable uplink card. Specify the required firmware verification and configuration transfer checks when defining the staging order.
Gigabit connections for every endpoint
SF350-48-K9-NA access ports stop at 100 Mbps. C1300-48T-4G provides 48 Gigabit access ports and four 1G SFP uplinks for requirements beyond Fast Ethernet.
Ethernet-powered phones and access points
SF350-48-K9-NA does not supply PoE, so attached endpoints need another power source. C1300-48P-4G provides 48 Gigabit PoE access ports with four 1G SFP uplinks.

SF350-48-K9-NA identifies the Cisco SF350-48 managed Fast Ethernet switch: SF350 is the model prefix, 48 identifies the 10/100 access-port count, and -NA selects the regional ordering form for the United States, Canada, Mexico, Colombia, Chile and other Latin American markets. The configuration is non-PoE with fixed Gigabit uplinks.
SF350-48-K9-NA supports an HTTP/HTTPS web interface, Textview CLI through console, SSH or Telnet, and SNMP versions 1, 2c and 3. Network-level tools include Smart Network Application, FindIT Network Manager with an embedded FindIT Network Probe, and Cisco Active Advisor. FindIT Network Discovery provides browser-based device discovery.
SF350-48-K9-NA is discontinued: its end-of-sale date was July 30, 2022, and its last date of support is July 31, 2027. Software maintenance ended July 30, 2023. The direct replacement, CBS350-48T-4G-NA, is also discontinued; the current migration chain ends at C1300-48T-4G.
ORM Systems offers SF350-48-K9-NA new sealed with up to a 3-year extended warranty or certified refurbished with up to 1 year. Cisco's original limited lifetime hardware warranty is bounded by its July 31, 2027 support deadline. Both conditions have 30-day returns; terms apply. Refurbished units are inspected and bench-tested.
SF350-48-K9-NA replaced SRW248G4-K9-NA, the SF300-48 managed switch with 48 10/100 ports and Gigabit uplinks. Both models are discontinued. This historical replacement relationship helps reconcile older asset registers, purchase records and spares lists; match the complete older PID rather than relying only on the SF300-48 model name.
SF350-48-K9-NA has four logical 1G uplinks: two dedicated SFP ports and two copper/SFP combo ports. Each combo pair activates only one copper or fiber interface at a time. SFP choices include MGBSX1 for multimode fiber and MGBLX1 for single-mode fiber; specify the transceiver to match the link media.
Yes, SF350-48-K9-NA routes between VLANs using static routing, supporting 990 IPv4 routes and 128 IP interfaces. Physical ports, link aggregation groups, VLAN interfaces and loopbacks can host routing interfaces. IPv6 routing is also supported, while PBR selects next hops using IPv4 or IPv6 access control rules.
No, the Cisco SF350-48 does not form a hardware stack; each chassis remains an independent switch. Smart Network Application and FindIT Network Manager provide network-level management, but that grouping does not create a shared switching backplane. Specify independent uplink connections and management addressing for each chassis.
SF350-48-K9-NA uses a fixed internal 100–240V AC supply and does not offer redundant internal power. Maximum system consumption is 23.4W at 110V or 24.2W at 220V. The chassis requires its AC connection, and attached endpoints need their own power because the network ports do not provide PoE.
Yes, the Cisco SF350-48 mounts in an equipment rack as a 1U switch. The chassis measures 440 mm wide, 44 mm high and 257 mm deep, and weighs 3.58 kg. A mounting kit belongs to the original package; confirm the required mounting hardware with the selected condition.
SF350-48P-K9-NA supplies PoE+ on its 48 Fast Ethernet access ports, while SF350-48-K9-NA provides data only. The PoE model has a shared 382W budget. Both models are discontinued; the data-only version fits legacy externally powered endpoints, while the PoE version addresses existing installations that require switch-supplied endpoint power.
SF350-48-K9-NA provides 48 Fast Ethernet access ports, where SF350-24-K9-NA provides 24. Both retain fixed Gigabit uplinks and non-PoE operation, and both are discontinued. The higher-port-count model fits legacy closets needing more endpoint connections; the 24-port model matches an existing lower-density installation or bill of materials.
C1300-48T-4G provides 48 Gigabit Ethernet access ports, where SF350-48-K9-NA provides 48 Fast Ethernet access ports. The SF350 model is discontinued, and C1300-48T-4G is the current end of its replacement chain. Legacy spare requirements concern the older model; new Gigabit endpoint requirements call for the current model.
