SF350-24P-K9-EU provides managed Layer 2+ access through 24 Fast Ethernet PoE+ ports, with fixed Gigabit uplinks for connections beyond the access network. Two dedicated SFP slots accompany two copper/SFP combo uplinks; each combo connection uses either copper or fiber, not both simultaneously. The 1U chassis belongs to the Cisco 350 Series and serves small-business networks connecting phones, cameras and other powered endpoints that do not require Gigabit access speeds. Four access ports also support 60W PoE for compatible devices, rather than limiting every powered connection to conventional PoE+ output. The discontinued SF350-24MP-K9-EU increases the shared power allowance to 375W while retaining the same access-port density. This remains a fixed-configuration switch, not a chassis with interchangeable uplink cards.

12.8 Gbps switching capacity supports nonblocking forwarding across the installed interfaces. 9.52 Mpps forwarding handles minimum-size packets at the published wire-speed rate. 185W of shared PoE power must cover the combined endpoint allocation; individual port capability does not make that output available simultaneously across every connection. Static IPv4 routing supports 990 routes, while PBR directs selected traffic to different next hops using IPv4 or IPv6 access rules. SF350-24P-K9-EU provides 512 MB of memory and 256 MB of flash for its control software and stored images. A dynamically shared 1.5 MB packet buffer absorbs traffic across the ports. STP, RSTP and MSTP provide spanning-tree options, and LACP supports aggregated links. The SF350-24P supports 4094 simultaneous VLANs for traffic separation. Browser management and a scriptable CLI provide local administration choices. A second internal power supply cannot be added for redundant operation, so power-source resilience must be addressed outside the chassis.
SF350-24P-K9-EU is offered new sealed or certified refurbished; specify condition, quantity and required optics before submitting the purchase order. Certified refurbished units are inspected and bench-tested, with every port linked at rated speed, PoE output verified under load on every powered port, optics bay recognition checked, firmware verified and configuration wiped to factory default. ORM provides up to 3-year extended warranty for new units, up to 1 year for certified refurbished units, and 30-day returns on every condition; terms apply, while Cisco's separate limited lifetime warranty ends with applicable service on January 31, 2028. Enterprise and volume orders support PO acceptance, Net-30 for government, and RMA with advance replacement across UK, EU, US and MEA regional stock/RMA operations.

When replacing an installed SF300-24PP-K9-EU, this model follows the original migration path for that ordering identity. Treat the hardware match separately from configuration acceptance: retain the endpoint inventory, identify the connections already in use and prepare the intended settings before specifying the replacement on the purchase order.
When inter-VLAN addressing is being moved onto an access switch, the 128 IP-interface ceiling is a planning constraint. Inventory the required routed interfaces before assigning addresses, and keep that interface count separate from individual network routes. Specify the intended interface plan before issuing the purchase order.
For lab qualification before a batch purchase, the USB Type-A interface supports local image and configuration transfer, while dual images support firmware upgrade preparation. Prepare the intended configuration and image files in advance, then identify the required staging procedure and acceptance checks on the purchase order.
Gigabit connectivity for every endpoint
The access ports stop at 100 Mbps. C1300-24P-4G provides 24 Gigabit PoE access ports and is the current endpoint of the replacement chain.
10G connections to distribution
The fixed uplinks operate at 1G, and no removable uplink card adds faster interfaces. Installing different optics does not create a 10G uplink.
Silent operation without cooling fans
The chassis uses two fans and is not fanless. Acoustic output reaches 52.2 dB at 50°C, which excludes deployments requiring silent equipment.

SF350-24P-K9-EU identifies a Cisco 350 Series Fast Ethernet managed switch with 24 powered access ports. The 24 denotes access-port count, P denotes PoE capability, and EU selects the regional ordering form. K9 remains part of the complete ordering identifier, rather than a separately selectable network license tier.
SF350-24P-K9-EU supports an HTTP/HTTPS web interface, Textview CLI through console or SSH/Telnet, and SNMP management. Additional tools include Smart Network Application, Cisco FindIT Network Manager with an embedded probe, and Cisco Active Advisor. The CLI supports scripting, while browser administration includes simple and advanced configuration modes.
Yes, SF350-24P-K9-EU ended sale January 29, 2023, and its last date of support is January 31, 2028. Software maintenance ended January 29, 2024. Remaining hardware can still be purchased through reseller inventory, but that purchase does not restart the manufacturer's software-maintenance or support milestones.
SF350-24P-K9-EU provides a shared 185W PoE budget across 24 powered access ports. Four ports support 60W PoE, while the other powered ports support 30W maximum output. Endpoint allocations must fit within the shared allowance; the per-port maximum is not available simultaneously on every port.
SF350-24P-K9-EU has two dedicated 1G SFP slots and two 1G copper/SFP combo uplinks. Each combo uplink uses only one medium at a time. Supported fiber choices include MGBSX1 for multimode connections to 500 m and MGBLX1 for single-mode connections to 10 km; select optics to match the link.
Yes, the Cisco 350 Series supports static IPv4 routing between configured interfaces, with 990 static routes and 128 IP interfaces. IPv6 routing and PBR are also available. These capabilities support the Layer 2+ designation here; the route allowance and interface allowance are separate limits when planning inter-VLAN addressing.
No, SF350-24P-K9-EU uses an internal AC power supply without a second internal redundant supply option. The input range is 100-240V AC. Maximum consumption reaches 240W with PoE at 110V, compared with 230W at 220V, so electrical planning must include endpoint power rather than switch electronics alone.
Yes, the Cisco SF350-24P has a full-width 1U rack-mount chassis measuring 440 mm wide, 44 mm high and 257 mm deep. Unit weight is 4.08 kg. The enclosure uses two fans rather than passive cooling, so rack placement must account for both equipment depth and acoustic requirements.
SF350-24P-K9-EU replaces SF300-24PP-K9-EU in the earlier product migration path. That predecessor is a 24-port Fast Ethernet PoE+ managed switch with Gigabit uplinks. The replacement identity does not transfer an existing configuration automatically, and the replacement model is itself discontinued rather than a current-generation purchasing endpoint.
SF350-24MP-K9-EU provides a 375W PoE budget, compared with 185W on SF350-24P-K9-EU. Both retain 24 Fast Ethernet powered access ports. Both models are discontinued: the P version addresses lower aggregate endpoint allocations, while the MP version addresses installations requiring more shared PoE power without increasing port count.
SF350-48P-K9-EU doubles access-port density to 48 Fast Ethernet powered ports, compared with 24 on SF350-24P-K9-EU. Both are discontinued. The smaller model suits a replacement requirement bounded by 24 endpoint connections; the larger model serves buyers consolidating more endpoint connections into a single switch chassis.
C1300-24P-4G provides 24 Gigabit access ports where SF350-24P-K9-EU provides 24 Fast Ethernet access ports. The replacement chain passes through the discontinued CBS350-24P-4G-EU to C1300-24P-4G. The legacy model serves existing Fast Ethernet replacement requirements; C1300-24P-4G addresses buyers moving those endpoint connections to Gigabit speeds.
ORM offers SF350-24P-K9-EU new sealed or certified refurbished. ORM warranties are up to 3-year extended for new units and up to 1 year for refurbished units, with 30-day returns on every condition; terms apply. Cisco's separate limited lifetime warranty is bounded by the January 31, 2028 last date of support.
