SG350-10-K9 is a fanless, managed Layer 2+ desktop switch with eight dedicated Gigabit Ethernet copper ports and two fixed Gigabit copper/SFP combo uplinks. Each combo connection uses either copper or fiber, not both simultaneously. The non-PoE configuration connects independently powered endpoints rather than supplying power to phones, cameras or access points. Within the Cisco 350 Series Managed Switches family, this compact configuration serves small-business access networks that need traffic segmentation and configurable switching without a full-width chassis. The Cisco SG350-10 combines copper endpoint connectivity with a choice of uplink media. The discontinued SG350-10P-K9-NA sibling adds PoE+ output and a shared 62W endpoint-power budget; that distinction matters when endpoint power must originate at the switch.
SG350-10-K9 price for new stock is $408.14, a 72.2% saving from the Cisco list price of $1,466.18. SG350-10-K9 refurb price is $733.09. SG350-10-K9 is in stock and available for next-day dispatch. (terms applied)

20 Gbps switching capacity provides nonblocking forwarding across the Gigabit interfaces. 14.88 Mpps forwarding at 64-byte packet size describes small-packet throughput separately from aggregate bandwidth. Static IPv4 routing supports 990 routes, while PBR directs selected traffic toward a specified next hop using access-control rules. The 16000-entry MAC table supports learned endpoint addresses, and the dynamically shared 1.5 MB packet buffer serves traffic across all ports. SG350-10-K9 carries 512 MB of memory and 256 MB of flash for its embedded software and configuration storage. STP/RSTP/MSTP provide spanning-tree options, while LACP supports configured link aggregation. Browser configuration, command-line access and SNMP provide distinct administration paths. 9.8W maximum power consumption gives a basis for sizing the switch's electrical load without an endpoint PoE allowance. The fixed uplinks operate at Gigabit speed; the chassis does not provide a removable uplink-card bay for a higher-speed module.
ORM Systems offers SG350-10-K9 new sealed and certified refurbished; refurbished units are inspected and bench-tested for power-on and POST, every port linking at rated speed, clean boot, optics bay recognition and rated adapter output, with firmware verified and configuration wiped to factory default. Specify the condition, regional power connection and required optics on the purchase order. New units carry up to a 3-year extended ORM warranty, certified refurbished units carry up to 1 year, and every condition has 30-day returns, with terms applying; Cisco's limited lifetime hardware coverage is bounded by October 31, 2026. For enterprise and volume orders, PO acceptance, Net-30 for government and RMA with advance replacement accompany regional stock and RMA coverage across the UK, EU, US and MEA.

When a branch purchase includes local addressing and inter-subnet forwarding, the switch supports 128 IP interfaces and an IPv4 DHCP server with multiple pools. Interface configuration can use physical ports, VLAN interfaces, link aggregation groups or loopbacks. Specify the interface plan, address pools and upstream next-hop requirements before the PO.
When replacement units must be prepared before shipment to operating sites, the front USB connection supports image and configuration transfer, and dual software images support firmware preparation. CLI privilege levels 1, 7 and 15 distinguish operator access. Specify the staging configuration and required administrator access before releasing the hardware order.
When one purchasing program serves different countries, regional ordering identifiers distinguish the units required for each destination. SG350-10-K9-NA covers the United States, while SG350-10-K9-UK identifies the United Kingdom ordering variant. Separate destination quantities and confirm the required regional identifier and supplied power connection before the PO is approved.
Power delivery to connected endpoints
The access ports do not supply PoE to connected devices. C1300-8P-E-2G is the current migration option for an eight-port Gigabit configuration with endpoint PoE output.
10G uplinks to distribution
The fixed copper/SFP combo uplinks operate at 1G, and there is no removable uplink-card bay. A requirement for 10G distribution connections exceeds this configuration's uplink capability.
Cisco support after October 2026
Cisco service ends October 31, 2026, regardless of the original hardware warranty term. C1300-8T-E-2G is the current successor for the eight-port Gigabit configuration with two combo uplinks.

SG350-10-K9 identifies the Gigabit managed configuration in the Cisco 350 family, with ten logical connections comprising eight dedicated copper ports and two copper/SFP combo ports. K9 remains part of the ordering identifier, not a separate network-license tier name. Regional orders add a destination suffix, including -NA for the United States.
Cisco 350 Series Managed Switches support an HTTP/HTTPS web interface, full or menu-based CLI through the console or SSH/Telnet, and SNMP versions 1, 2c and 3. Management integrations include FindIT Network Manager, an embedded FindIT Probe and Cisco Active Advisor. These are administration options rather than a single mandatory management interface.
SG350-10-K9 is discontinued: the affected regional models reached end of sale on October 30, 2021, and their last date of Cisco support is October 31, 2026. Software maintenance ended October 30, 2022. The direct replacement CBS350-8T-E-2G-NA is also discontinued; the forward migration chain reaches C1300-8T-E-2G.
SG350-10-K9 is offered new sealed or certified refurbished, with ORM coverage of up to three years extended for new units and up to one year for refurbished units. Both conditions have 30-day returns; terms apply. Cisco's limited lifetime hardware warranty is bounded by the October 31, 2026 last date of support.
SG350-10-K9 replaces discontinued SG300-10 ordering variants SRW2008-K9-G5, SRW2008-K9-IN, SRW2008-K9-JP and SRW2008-K9-NA through corresponding regional models. Those predecessor units reached end of sale on August 2, 2018. Match the predecessor's regional identifier when specifying a like-for-like replacement rather than treating every regional order code as interchangeable.
SG350-10-K9 provides ten simultaneous logical connections: eight dedicated Gigabit copper ports plus two Gigabit combo ports. Each combo port selects its copper connection or its SFP connection, so installing fiber transceivers does not create two additional independent ports. Plan each uplink's medium before assigning the remaining endpoint connections.
SG350-10-K9 supports static IPv4 routing with 990 routes and 128 IP interfaces, together with PBR for access-control-based next-hop selection. Interfaces can be configured on physical ports, link aggregation groups, VLAN interfaces or loopbacks. Specify the required interface layout and next hops rather than assuming an enterprise dynamic-routing software tier.
SG350-10-K9 uses an external AC adapter with a 100-240V AC input range, and its maximum system consumption is 9.8W. The adapter is separate from the compact chassis rather than an internal removable supply module. Include the required regional power connection when confirming the contents of the hardware order.
SG350-10-K9 provides 20 Gbps switching capacity and 14.88 Mpps forwarding with 64-byte packets. These describe aggregate bandwidth and packet-processing rate respectively, rather than two expressions of the same measurement. The switch is nonblocking at its Gigabit interfaces, while each individual connection remains limited to its own port speed.
The Cisco SG350-10 supports MGBSX1 for Gigabit multimode fiber connections reaching 500 m and MGBLX1 for Gigabit single-mode connections reaching 10 km. Compatible choices also include MGBLH1, GLC-LH-SMD and GLC-BX-U. Select the transceiver for the fiber type, distance and matching remote connection, and order the optics separately.
SG350-10P-K9-NA supplies PoE+ on eight access ports with a shared 62W budget, while SG350-10-K9 does not supply endpoint PoE. Both configurations have eight Gigabit copper access ports and two Gigabit combo uplinks. Both are discontinued; the non-PoE model serves independently powered endpoints, while the PoE model serves legacy powered-endpoint requirements.
SG350-20-K9-NA has sixteen dedicated Gigabit copper access ports, whereas SG350-10-K9 has eight. That access-port density difference determines how many copper endpoints each configuration can accommodate before another switch is required. Both models are discontinued; the smaller configuration suits limited endpoint counts, while the larger configuration suits legacy installations requiring more copper connections.
SG350-10-K9 reached end of sale on October 30, 2021, while C1300-8T-E-2G is the current successor reached through the discontinued CBS350-8T-E-2G-NA replacement. Both descriptions retain eight Gigabit access ports and two Gigabit combo uplinks. The older unit serves existing-installation replacement needs; the successor is the migration choice for a new-generation purchase.
