C9300X-48HX-A carries 16 GB of DRAM and UADP 2.0sec forwarding silicon for its control and data planes. A 32 MB packet buffer holds queued traffic, and 16 GB of flash provides local image storage. IPv4 capacity totals 39000 ARP and learned-route entries, comprising 24000 direct and 15000 indirect entries.
