56 Gbps switching capacity and 41.66 Mpps forwarding rate support the fixed 24-port access design, with 376 Gbps stacked switching capacity when StackWise-320 is configured. 32,000 MAC addresses, 32,000 IPv4 routes, 8 GB of DRAM, 16 GB of flash, and a 16-MB packet buffer define the Catalyst 9300L scale for Gigabit fixed-uplink models. C9300L-24P-4G-E runs Cisco IOS XE with Network Essentials routed access: Static, RIPv1, RIPv2, RIPng, OSPF up to 1000 routes, EIGRP Stub, PBR, VRRP, and PIM Stub Multicast up to 1000 routes. WebUI, local console, SSH, CLI, and Meraki dashboard management paths are available, depending on operating mode. The switch uses PWR-C1-715WAC-P by default, supports an optional secondary PSU, draws up to 627.59W under the standalone PoE test, and does not support StackPower.
