BGP EVPN, IP routing, IP multicast routing, IPv6 routing and IPv6 multicast routing are available in software, with BGP EVPN tied to IOS XE Release 26.1.1. C9350-48P uses one Cisco Silicon One A100/L ASIC, 16 GB DRAM, 18 GB flash and up to 36 MB packet buffer. A wiring closet replacing 48 powered 1G drops can standardize on the 30W PoE+ port class while keeping the default 625W budget visible. Add endpoint wattage totals and any added PWR-C2-850WAC-I/2 supply for each stack member to the PO before staging.
An existing C9350 access stack can add members when the design stays inside the eight-member StackWise-1.6T limit and the same license level is maintained. List STACK-T1A-50CM=, STACK-T1A-1M= or STACK-T1A-3M= cable lengths for each adjacency before the PO.
A closet needing faster aggregation can leave the 48 copper access ports unchanged and select a modular uplink card for the empty bay. Specify C9350-NM-2C for 100G/40G QSFP28 or C9350-NM-8Y for SFP56 ports, then match optics separately during staging.

C9350-48P identifies a Cisco C9350 48-port 1G PoE+ model. C9350 is the series identifier, 48 marks the access-port count, and P marks the 1G 30W PoE+ variant. The base switch ships with PWR-C2-850WAC-I and an empty modular uplink bay.
C9350-48P is managed with Cisco IOS XE through local console, SSH or CLI, through Cisco Catalyst Center for on-premises operations, or through the Meraki dashboard. Meraki onboarding can use cloud configuration or device configuration, and Cloud CLI access depends on the selected operating mode.
Cisco has not announced an end-of-sale date for C9350. C9350-48P belongs to an available-order series released on June 10, 2025. Cisco Limited Lifetime Warranty applies as long as the original customer owns the product, with support limited to five years from any future discontinuance announcement.
