208 Gbps switching capacity and 154.76 Mpps forwarding rate define the hardware’s maximum traffic capability; switching capacity with stacking reaches 688 Gbps. C9300-24T-M carries 8 GB DRAM, 16 GB flash, and a 32000-entry MAC table. Cisco UADP 2.0 provides packet forwarding, while three fans cool the chassis. A second internal power supply is optional rather than included as standard.
Specify C9300-24T-M as new sealed or certified refurbished, and confirm the selected condition on the PO. Certified refurbished units are inspected and bench-tested for power-on, POST, rated-speed links on every port, clean boot, PSU status, and fan status; firmware is verified and configurations are wiped to factory default. ORM’s new units carry up to a 3-year extended warranty, certified refurbished units carry up to 1 year, and both conditions have 30-day returns, terms apply; Cisco’s Enhanced Limited Lifetime warranty is separate and limited to the original owner. Endpoint power from access ports
C9300-24T-M cannot supply endpoint power. C9300-24P-M provides PoE+ with the same 24-port Gigabit access density when connected devices require powered Ethernet connections.
Multigigabit copper access connections
C9300-24T-M limits copper access connections to 1G. C9300-24UX-M offers 24 Multigigabit copper ports and 60W UPOE, also changing the endpoint-power capability.

C9300-24T-M identifies a Catalyst 9300 with 24 data-only 1G copper ports and Meraki software. C9300 names the family, 24 gives the port count, T identifies the data-only copper configuration, and M selects Meraki management rather than a perpetual Network Essentials or Network Advantage tier.
The Meraki dashboard manages C9300-24T-M through cloud-based configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Cloud CLI is available on supported cloud-managed software releases. Specify the intended dashboard organization and administrator access before deployment, and distinguish a cloud-managed order from an order intended for local IOS XE management.
Cisco has not announced an end-of-sale date for Catalyst 9300-M. For a support-dependent order, keep hardware retirement separate from software-release retirement and subscription duration. Specify the required support period and license term when comparing quotes for this cloud-managed switch, rather than treating those periods as interchangeable.
ORM Systems offers C9300-24T-M new sealed or certified refurbished, with up to a 3-year extended warranty on new units and up to 1 year on refurbished units. C9300-24T-M has no bundled perpetual network tier and needs separately ordered cloud licensing. Meraki co-term Enterprise or Advanced has a one-year minimum; MS subscription Essentials or Advantage also starts at one year. Cisco Switching Essentials or Cisco Switching Advantage under Cisco Networking Subscription starts at 36 months for new subscriptions.
C9300-24T-M uses separately ordered uplink modules: C9300-NM-8X-M adds eight 1G/10G ports, C9300-NM-2Y-M adds two 1G/10G/25G ports, and C9300-NM-2Q-M adds two 40G ports. Match the module to the distribution connection before ordering; the base chassis has an empty bay rather than installed uplink interfaces.
StackWise-480 connects eight Catalyst 9300-M members with 480 Gbps stacking bandwidth. Choose STACK-T1-50CM-M, STACK-T1-1M-M, or STACK-T1-3M-M for data stacking. CAB-SPWR-30CM-M and CAB-SPWR-150CM-M serve StackPower instead. Specify the data-stack and power-stack cable quantities independently because the two connections perform different functions.
C9300-24P-M supplies PoE+ on its 24 Gigabit access ports; C9300-24T-M supplies data connections without endpoint power. Select C9300-24T-M when attached devices have separate power, or C9300-24P-M when the purchase must include PoE+ capability for powered endpoints connected to those access ports.
C9300-24T-M uses Meraki cloud management, while C9300-24T-E includes the perpetual Network Essentials tier. The M configuration suits a dashboard-managed order with separate cloud licensing; the E configuration suits an IOS XE order built around Network Essentials and its associated software-subscription selection.
C9300-48T-M provides 48 Gigabit data-only access ports, whereas C9300-24T-M provides 24. Choose the 24-port model when the planned port allocation fits that density, or the 48-port model when the purchase calls for more copper connections within the same Meraki-managed switch family.
