320 Gbps of stack bandwidth is the StackWise-320 rate for Catalyst 9300L fixed uplink models, and a data stack contains up to 8 members. Full-ring cabling gives full bandwidth and redundant StackWise cable connections; incomplete cabling leaves half bandwidth and no redundant connection. C9300L-STACK installs after the StackWise adapter blank is removed, and the cable latch must lock into the adapter. Type 3 cable reach is a separate choice at 0.5 m, 1 m or 3 m, and every link must keep the same adapter and cable type at both ends. New members join while powered down, and Cisco IOS XE 16.11.1b is the minimum release for Catalyst 9300L fixed uplink switches.
New sealed and certified refurbished C9300L-STACK are offered after Cisco stopped selling the part on 3 November 2025. A buyer with one Catalyst 9300L stack port down replaces the adapter only when the Type 3 cable is known good. The cable must latch into the replacement adapter, and each link must keep the same adapter and cable type at both ends before ordering a replacement.

C9300L-STACK is the Cisco Catalyst 9300L Stack Module, a StackWise-320 adapter for Catalyst 9300L fixed uplink switches. The C9300L segment ties the part to that switch family, STACK marks the rear stacking adapter used with Type 3 stacking cables, and C9300L-STACK= is the spare form.
C9300L-STACK fits Catalyst 9300L Series fixed uplink switches. Catalyst 9300LM uses C9300L-STACK-A with Type 3A cables, and Catalyst 9300 modular uplink switches use StackWise-480 Type 1 cables. Fixed uplink Catalyst 9300L switches do not stack with modular uplink Catalyst 9300 switches or Catalyst 3850 and 3650 switches.

C9300L-STACK installs in a Catalyst 9300L StackWise port after the adapter blank is removed with a Torx T15 key or screwdriver. Seat the adapter, secure it, insert the Type 3 cable until the latch locks, and connect the far end to the next switch.
C9300L-STACK and C9300L-STACK-A can exist in a Catalyst 9300L mixed stack kit configuration, but each individual StackWise link must match at both ends. Do not mix C9300L-STACK and C9300L-STACK-A components on the same link. Type 3A links use the A adapter.
C9300L-STACK-A is the replacement for C9300L-STACK. The replacement changes the adapter and cable set to Type 3A and fits Catalyst 9300L and Catalyst 9300LM switches. Confirm the existing cable type before ordering because each StackWise link must use matching adapters and cables at both ends.
C9300L-STACK stays with Type 3 cables and Catalyst 9300L switches. C9300L-STACK-A uses Type 3A cables and fits Catalyst 9300L and Catalyst 9300LM switches. Choose the Type 3 adapter for an existing Type 3 link, and choose the A adapter for Type 3A or 9300LM work.
C9300L-STACK is the loose Catalyst 9300L Stack Module. C9300L-STACK-KIT is the kit with two stack adapters and one 0.5 m stack cable by default. Choose the loose adapter for a failed port, and choose the kit when one switch needs adapters and a cable.
Cisco stopped selling C9300L-STACK on 3 November 2025. The last ship date was 1 February 2026, Cisco ends software maintenance and routine failure analysis on 3 November 2026, and Cisco service ends on 30 November 2030. The replacement PID is C9300L-STACK-A.
